Shirah

Ruler of a Kingdom (jointly; their twin also "helps" them). Frankly, Shirah doesn't give a flying fuck about his duties. 

He's fake humble and a huge gossip (bad, bad combination). Will absolutely preen themselves and laze about all day if they're allowed-- and since Cassim does the duties asked of his people, Shirah is absolutely allowed...

Shirah is dependent on the company of Dauphin- their most groomed bodyguard in every. single. matter. personal or otherwise- due to their oldest sibling getting kidnapped for outrageous ransom-- and never making it back home alive. Where Shirah goes, Dauphin is always present.

As they are a dragon-shifter, they like to change it up depending on mood.
Piss them off and they'll maybe shed their human look to give you a full on dragon with a roar that can break eardrums. But... More likely than not they'll leave their bodyguard up to the 'cleaning'.

TRIVIA AND NOTES:
-Plays the harp well, and often (more on the 'artsy' side compared to their twin)
-Goes out of their way to imitate Cassim's look and mannerisms just to piss him off.
-Is known from time to time to enchant things for others, as he possesses a knack for it (and he considers it a favor to others... every time). It's considered near a holy blessing to have Shirah enchant a weapon before battle or scouting.
