I… Will do my best…
Noir is an extremely shy, timid, and introverted kid. He finds it difficult to simply try to get to know someone new. He even has trouble talking to those around him. It's difficult to approach him, quite arduous to get him open up, and rather impossible to obtain his trust. The only person he opens up to and trusts is none other than the person he considers papa. Only around his papa he becomes very defenseless, vulnerable, and open.
The little boy has a delicate heart and he sympathizes quite easily. He shows teary eyes whenever he feels threatened and he will cry in place or along with someone he sympathizes with. He cares deeply, albeit awkward, to people he holds dear. He shows that he cares by simple acts such as sitting together, hugging, or patting. He's bad with words so he often ends up expressing his thoughts with gestures, letters, or drawings.
Noir is seen as an adorable child by many but it stops there. Since it's difficult just to try to say hello to him, most people don't even put in more effort to get close to him. He's also seen as a troublesome crybaby by many. While it's true, most don't even try to actually get to know the real him behind the crybaby front. Noir himself doesn't let people get close to him and he feels safer with his little circle he can pour all of his love and attention to.
I'm not lonely since I have papa and Lotti. ...Um ...And daddy and the other…
Noir was born before Liberion existed so he had "witnessed" the tragedy that snatched many lives that included his parents. He might have been born and “experienced” the tragedy but fortunately for him, he was too young to understand what had happened at that time. He was just a helpless baby, incapable of understanding anything. He might have cried but that was merely because of the chaotic and scary situation that even babies can tell. He was found by another survivor and was brought along to a safe place.
Due to mental and physical exhaustion however, baby Noir who was only several months old fell into an eternal slumber and only woke up more than a hundred years later.
Without any memories after waking up, Noir grew up getting attached to the person who was in charge of taking care of him and his safety. It was Vega. Vega merely acted under an order as a guardian knight, however that wasn’t the case for the little boy. He instinctively thought of Vega as his father. Especially so since despite being awkward and often anxious, Vega did his best to remain as gentle as possible and took great care of both Noir and the other child, Charlotte.
After a certain incident with Charlotte who was equally, if not more attached to Vega compared to Noir, it was finally official that Vega would later on adopt the two children. Vega was reluctant at first, but in the end he agreed to become their father figure. And from that point on, the three of them started to bond even deeper as a real family.
