Summary:

Their code-name and design inspiration is inspired by the Notch-tailed Treepie. A bird belonging to the Corvid family.

They like to wear leather and sunglasses! ;P  Makes them look only slightly less nerdy and slightly more badass.

For the Art Event I originally created them for, Notch found themselves in the Black Feather organization, a creation of @onionexistence. The organization was actually a bit opposite of what Antumbra is about haha. It's goal to make sure splinter groups didn't assinate people to affect the political climate... And Antumbra's goal is to convince corrupt officials to change their ways or face the consequences.  Just goes to show how neutral Notch feels about societal well-being.  In both cases with Antumbra and B.F. they actually don't have much opinion on why they've taken the side they did. They enjoy their place and believe they are doing what's right, but Notch believes in justice more on a personal level than societal.  Depending on the people they know and feel like protecting, they could swing just as easily to the other side. 

Notch's role in Antumbra is being part of the assassination team. They've got MAD dexterity and their weapons of choice only reinforce that fact. They use slender but sharp rods/needles they keep in pouches on their legs to incapacitate targets. They work decently well with a team, but have the skill and confidence to go solo if required.

They have a niece- Zerp! They care a lot about her and they've become somewhat of a role model. The cool auntkle? *Insert gender-neutral name for sibling of your parent here I guess*  

Notch is all about some fanfare!  If they are going to fight they'll do it with style. 😎 If things are SUPER serious they might calm down a little but their flamboyance can't always be restrained.   

They've got a great memory and hold friends to things they've said in the past. Notch enjoys using this skill to embarrass others 😋 

They are super unapologetic about everything. If they mess up, you'd regret for it before you could get them to. In most cases they feel like people should own their actions and worry less than they do. 

Notch is pretty unforgiving when it comes to people hurting their  friends and loved ones. They've been known to react in big ways when their teams been hurt...
