Mon is a charismatic and thoughtful person. He knows how to approach people, even the most sensitive kind, and make them feel comfortable. He strives to help others open up, often giving him a charming aura. Behind his soft smile is a sharp mind that picks up any micro expression. He has a passive-aggressive nature when it comes to points of view. He is a man who follows his own beliefs and judges from his own perspective. Being born in such a strict family, also caused him to develop high standards for himself and sub-consciously others. Mon sees the world very black and white, he either knows 100 percent or none at all. Often times he will be able to decide in an instant or will be unable to choose anything at all. Mon also has a habit of putting everything on himself. This is usually crippling him with immense guilt and he becomes reclusive when lost in his own ruminations.

Raised in a conservative family, being the firstborn son, the expectations were raised high. However, as a child he was more on the delicate side. He was easy to cry and preferred home activities. In his parent's eyes, he was weak and too effeminate. As a response, his father tried to push Mon in a more 'appropriate' path. Mon was eager to appease his father but growing up more it became unbearable to live with his fathers' strict schedule. Mon began to contemplate whether this 'person' he had to be was worth the stress.
At the age of 17, he realized how suffocated his life was. It was time for something to change. and when Mon nervously asked to minor in liberal arts, he never felt more liberated when he got his father's approval. For the first time, Mon was able to make a choice for himself. However, despite the big accomplishment, he still found himself giving up his happiness to appease his parents. Talking with peers made him realize that he is not the only one who goes through similar experiences in life. With this revelation, Mon strived to help people out of situations where they feel repressed or neglected.
