Personality:
More of a follower, she will go along with anything she would deem as fun. She doesn't think about how her actions would get her hurt or in trouble. This causes her to get in trouble a lot, especially when she follows after Oliver in his fun. She would much rather go out and do things than stay at home doing nothing. She is a complete outdoorsy person, and hates being cooped up.

Backstory:
Catherine is a foster child, and has been through several different foster homes. She doesn't know who her parents are. She doesn't have a big attachment to adults because of this, but she does some day hope to be adopted, and finally have some parents to call her own. One day she met Oliver, and the two became friends very quickly. They always hung around each other, and did almost everything together. When Oliver died, she became devastated. Later when he showed to her as a spirit, she was overjoyed, and the two continue to hang out always.

Extra notes:
She has fire powers, and can make and control fire. She can put out fires, create just smoke, almost anything with fire. The only problem is she has asthma, so working with a ton of smoke is not good on her. Because of this she has to be careful with her powers.
