Suzy Gonçalves

Suzy is the drummer of Zebra Stripe. Seemingly sweet and laid-back, Suzy comes off as a nice girl at first glance. To others, she's a bit of a party girl and great at turning up the heat. Both of these impressions hide her depression - she has trouble with commitment and attachments, and as a result often just goes along with people's whims until she either crashes or gets cold feet and bolts.

She traveled between Brazil and Japan a lot in her early years with her family. In high school she had a bit of a delinquent streak; during this time she also joined a high school band as a drummer to express herself. Eventually, the consequences of her delinquency caught up with her and she had to make some life changes. She ended up shaving her head and going on the Shikoku Pilgrimmage to find a new sense of purpose.
After returning, she got a job as a hostess and  backup drummer for Carpet Club, helping out various bands that played there. She quits once she's recruited into Zebra Stripe.

• Suzy is mixed Brazilian-Japanese, and is fluent in English, Japanese, and Portuguese.
• She has numerous ear piercings as well as snake bites.
