Marigoldmist is fairly caring and intelligent, using her skills to help all cats. She's also flirty and empathetic, finding it easy to relate to others. However, there are times where she can be stubborn.

She grew up as a rogue. Her mother would often get anxious, so Marigoldmist knows a lot about calming cats down even without herbs. Her siblings were often sick, and as the eldest child she had to go get herbs. After many moons, she discovered Melodyclan and wanted to join. Her family refused to join despite them relying on her.
