Briarfall acts proper and polite, since she was taught by her mother to always be that way. She dislikes adventure and wasn't allowed to play with other apprentices when she was younger.

Part of her wants to act like a regular warrior, but she's afraid of what her mother will think. On top of that, Briarfall dislikes cats talking behind her back. However, the one thing she's stayed true to is the fact that she's very loyal to Melodyclan.
