Teo is one of the most brightest squidfolk in Inkopolis. He is a popular face among the crowds for his looks and his skills with the Splatterscope. He takes advantage of such popularity by giving his admirers cheesy one-liners and little winks and nods. Aside from subltle flirting, he also gets himself into a lot of one night stands, which more than often fail. Teo spends a lot of his time hanging out at local spots that draw in crowds and turf wars to practice his skills in turf. His skill with the splatterscope is remarkable and aims for the most shots in a singlular battle. At home, he is an excellent cook and practices making homemade meals in hopes to impress a lucky someone one day.

Early Childhood
Teo was raised as a single child, his mother and father raising him for the first 12 years of his life. A few weeks after his 12th birthday, his father and mother divorced. His father gained ownership over Teo, while the mother was never seen again. He shared a love for the professional baseball team of Inkopolis, the Urchins, with his father. His father taught him how to play baseball, and through months of training he gained strength in swings. It was because of his strength in baseball that he now mains an Octobrush, which gives him a feel for a baseball bat.
Growing Up
As Teo grew older, he proceeded forward on his own. He was taught basic living instructions before his dad sent him off to live in his own apartment closer to Inkopolis Plaza. When he turned 13, he began Turf Wars. Two years later however, he moved to another apartment close to the more populated Inkopolis Square. He spent his years flirting with locals, specifically in Turf wars.
Days as an Agent
At age 17, Teo was quietly assigned as an Agent by Marie through an agency program he applied for. His skills were remarkable, Marie was easily impressed. How was he so successful in collecting zapfish? Simply by seducing octolings and getting back at them while they're off-guard.
Current Day
After his work as an Agent, he continued to play in Turf and Ranked, and became especially skilled in the Splatterscope. His work in both Turf and his past missions gave him good pay to keep up with his living. Now 21, Teo is living at peace. He goes about still doing his same old ways of flirting with lovely ladies and handsome men and hanging with his closest pals at street parties and bars.
Kevin
[ Best friend ] Teo first encountered Kevin on the battlegrounds of a turf war. After a few matches of intense battles together, Teo was impressed by him and his team's skills. He admitted he could use some of their practice, and so Kevin and his team assisted him in battle practice afterwards. They developed a brotherly friendship together, giving each other advice and support with each other's relationships they may be in. To this day, their bond still remains.
Aria
[ Close friend ] A closely knit friend of Teo's. Once in a relationship, now the closest of friends. Teo looks up to Aria for his musical talent, and occasionally gets to learn about music from him from time to time. They currently live together, passing the time by hanging out with each other and discussing life's many topics.
Clyde
[ Aquaintence ] A fellow Agent and friend of Teo's. They had met after the events of Octo Expansion, where Teo came to assit Clyde upon request from Cap'n Cuttlefish and other agents within the agencey. He took part in supporting Clyde and helping his friend Reina and getting her back into her unsanitized state.
Mura
[ Rival ] Teo's most conflicting figure in his life. On one hand, he hates her guts, finding her suspicious for her strange activities and research interests that may pose a possible threat to his agencey. On the other, he's got a strange likeness towards her, one that he refuses to admit.
