WHY DID YOU PICK SUCH A DUMB NAME
Just in general an unpredictable chaotic bastard, a violent charismatic jackass who should definitely not have been allowed to live as long as he already has.
His "vampire senility" obsessive trait (that EBAMTAR vamps get) is to challenge his own habits, methods, and lifestyle. Every few decades he subconsciously reinvents himself, altering parts of his personality and changing the way he lives. These "older versions" are still part of him, just expressed differently or not at all. Current era Loki is a relatively less malevolent wild child who is out to laugh and have a good time; one of his more unpredictable incarnations guided by whim and fancy. Although less sinister than in previous centuries, this modern Loki is much more of a pain in the ass.
Loki has two wards (progeny), neither of whom like being around him super much: George (retired) (turned in 1903) who was previously Loki's lover, and the ascendant tyrant Queen Alice (turned in 1983). Perhaps his one redeeming feature is that he genuinely, ferociously adores both of them, and is willing to give them the space they want despite this.
