Oliver came from The Underground, a place where the lowest of society live. He was lucky enough to escape to the city above with his little sister Marnie, and get adopted by a lovely old couple. However, he never forgot the injustice he saw and continues to see in the city around him daily.
Together with his adopted brother Itsuki, they began hatching a plot to bring about the change they both so despretly wanted to see in the world. However, the world is unkind to those who seek to change it, as Oliver is bound to find out, sooner or later...

He can create stars of any size he wants. The stars are made out of light, so in order to create them, he must spend a lot of time soaking up the sun or using a sun lamp.
He can only use his powers until his light is used up. Once it has been, he feels very tired, slow, and weak, leaving him vaunrable.

Once close in childhood, after the two were seperated under tragic circumstances, Oliver believed she had died. However upon meeting by chance, hes overjoyed to see her again, but their meeting doesn't go as he expected.
Oliver adores Marnie. If he could spend his whole day with her, he would. All he wants is to see her happy and safe. He would move heaven for her.
He loves her more than anything. She saved both him and his sister from certain death by opening her home to them, and he owes her everything.
While he also loves his adoptive father, he finds him a bit cold and hard to read at times. Despite this, Oliver can still tell he loves him through the small unspoken actions.
The two are total opposites personality wise, but they share a common goal of bringing about change to the world. They get on great and are always plotting things together.
The two are very similar personality wise and have a lot in common. They are always goofing around or causing some sort of problem together.
He wasn't sure what to think of her at first. He thought she was mean spirited, but quickly he started to see through her, and the two began to form a friendship.
