Growing up in an orphanage with no memories of who his parents were, that was how Leo lived his life. But he was knowledge hungry and the orphanage didn't offer enough to him. It was only after being adopted into the Shisaku clan that he started to broaden his knowledge.
Leo is a smart lad. He's able to memorize important details in what he reads and stores what he thinks is important. Through his studies he took a liking to the art of medicinal practices.
His regular day job is that of a school nurse, and a popular one at that. But during his off-days he is often tending to the members of his family clan who were injuried and wounded. His intertests in medicines was a useful asset to his family, considering they did not have a personal doctor of their own, Leo took on the role quite well.
However, with his unique talent for crafting potent substances, its not too far off that Leo's practices are used for forms of shady business. Usually getting involved when cilents require a fast job without causing too much trouble. That's where Leo's team comes in, a group of specialized individuals, each specializing in a different area of poison. Leo, the leader of this team, specialized mostly on slow burning poisons, effects do not show until the poison is in its last stage of development.
Despite the practices he does, Leo overall is still a very kind-hearted soul. He only does what he is required to do in a world he was pulled into. He does whatever he can to support his family. Though he does wonder if his real parents are still alive somewhere.

- He has a pet rabbit and duck named Felix and Rivers respectively
- Leo's younger brothers Rex and Raptor are idols, he is often seen attending their concerts when he has the time
- He is not on good terms with his other brothers, Gigan and Anzu. He does not like how suspicious they are.
