Gamina is a shy and quiet type who isn't used to full conversations with others besides his step father.

He was born into the Teritsu household as Akane Teritsu, the head being the CEO of a really rich company that controlled a portion of the stock market. However, despite the royalities one who expect from being born as a son of said family, Gamina's life there was less than desireable.

He was born with red eyes and red hair. No recorded member of the bloodline had been naturally born with those genes. At first there was no suspision what so ever as his hair had yet to grow out and he could barely open his eyes. His mother hid this from her husband by dyeing his hair black at an early age. But it did not take long for the truth to be out when Akane's hair grew longer and need for dyeing become more frequent.

Upon finding out about the truth, his father became enraged. Assuming his wife had cheated on him with another man. That day forth she was humiliated and verbally tormented by the servants of the household, while her husband was starting to see another lady. Akane's mother could not handle the truth that her husband of many years had betrayed her just like that, because of her son. Akane went into his mother's room to check on her as she had not eaten in some time. He questioned if his mother was okay and their eyes met. The longer she looked into his eyes, the further she spiraled into madness.

Her broken mind had placed all the blame on her son.

"If it were not for your eyes, for your hair... everything...everything could have been perfect-"

She approached Akane and dragged him to the kitchen. Akane was kicking and screaming for help, he asked where they were going and for his mother to stop, but she paid no heed. None of the servants of the household even lent a hand of helping. They did not dare approach a mad woman.

None in the household knew what happened beyond the kitchen's walls but all they could hear was the screams of a child.

Akane's face was damaged beyond repair, he was crying in pain as the scar left on his burned from contact with the air.

His mother after venting out her anger, embraced her child.

"Akane... you will never leave Mummy right? You will never betray me like your Father right?"

Akane was confused, and impressionable child who only had ever asked 'Yes' to those around him. He did the same again with is Mother.

"That's right. Akane will never betray me. You love your Mummy right? Mummy loves you too."

Normally no-one in their right mind would think that this form of abuse was love. But Akane was still a child then and from then forth he took his mother's abuse as a form of love for him.

This had gone on for around a year or so. Everytime she saw her husband cheating on her, Akane would always have to take the blame. Akane's body had grown quiet resiliant to pain at that point and he had learned to treat his own wounds inflicted by his mother. Of course, Akane had grow more quiet and refused to talk, his mother had commented she did not want to hear his voice.

On March 9th, the house had grown quiet, the usual screaming from his mother and father's arguements and the panicked noises from the servants was no more. He cautiously went out of his room and started wandering around the house, trying to find anyone. Not a soul was nearby. There was only one place where Akane did not check, his father's office, a place he was banned from entering. There he saw a man in a dark feathered coat standing in the middle of the room. Behind him, what was once his father. He proceeded to slowly back away but his footing cursed him one final time.

The cloaked man turn to see a small boy in red looking at him.

"So I missed one."

On reflex, Akane did not scream nor shout. He simply cover his eyes from the man, thinking he might get cursed seeing his face. The man, Kuroshiki, is a yakuza member from the Shisaku clan who came to finish some business with the Teritsu head. He was instructed to get rid of everyone in the household even the servants. He approached Akane but did him no harm, he simply looked at him, their facial scars reflecting the other. Till this day none really know the true intentions of why Kuro let Akane live, let alone even why he decided to bring the boy back to the clan. But you could say that Akane did not take it for granted.

He was given a new name that reflected the Shisaku clan as well as his new self. But as timid and tamed he was, he did not speak nor did he show any signs of independance and freedom of choice. However, Kuro was patient and took time to let Gamina adjust to his new life and name. He slowly was able to live a childhood that was robbed of him. He now lives in the Shisaku household and bares their name with pride.
