Winston is Ashya's current Marshal of the Legislature. Holding one of the highest political offices in the country, he is a force that is not to be reckoned with, even if you would never see him in person. Winston can achieve his methodical plans with small, quiet steps in the background, just as how the ticking of the clock goes unnoticed by all until it is too late. Preferring to operate and work on his lonesome, Winston is rather reclusive but does have a few people who he lowers his front around, at least somewhat. One of whom is his devoted wife, Tess. But there is no person or thing that Winston desires or wants more than that of his ideal future, and the ideal future he sees for the world. And he'll go about any means to achieve it, even if it means dealing with powerful and shadowy people...and shadowy and powerful beings outside the mortal comprehension.
Winston has a cold and analytical disposition, rarely ever wearing a smile. If he does happen to be softly smiling, then that's a bad sign. It either means one of his many plans has succeeded or that he is very, very angry. Despite his rather cold exterior, he has a red-hot temper that flares up when he loses control of his emotions, which isn't often. Strangely charismatic and charming, he has a certain way with people, which leads to his many connections to people both savory and not. His ambitions knows no bounds, and he'll stop at nothing, even if it means destroying the past, or breaking and remaking the world in his favor, to achieve them.

He isn't one to sit around and do nothing. Winston gets satisfaction out of moving forward, in the more metaphorical sense.
Wines
Particularly the more expensive ones. He has a habit of "gifting" people he doesn't like with wine he considers cheap or disgusting.

He has three dogs. Samuel, Arthur, and Mr. Cheeseburger (Affectionately named by Tess)
Dislikes
Alexandria Rathmore
He has a sour history with her, but keeps her around regardless. She's a useful asset, and she considers him useful as well.
Aspen Laravolt
She's a loud-mouthed brat. Nothing more too it.
Sitting in on hearings
There is nothing worse than hearing people squabble for hours on end.
