Orrgeon's Links
Charlie is definitely Orrgeon's saving grace, ironically. Orrgeon needed to have a solid emotional rock after all of her years of what felt like temporary love (platonically, romantically, and with family).
Orrgeon is Charlie's wife, but she also considers Orrgeon to be her humanizing force. Without Orrgeon to give her a grounded perspective of things, and to believe in her, Charlie likely would have no motivation to become a better person.
Orrgeon sees Oliver as definitely an older role model. She admires his ability to keep his cool, his limitless knowledge, and his courage. She's forever thankful of the opportunity he gave her to see her family again. 💕💕
Oliver pitied Orrgeon for a very long time, and considered his kindness to her the very least of what she deserved. He understands losing someone and how easy it is to blame yourself. He only hopes he can one day get the closure she got.
Interesting is Orrgeon's oldest and bestest friends! She was thrilled that he agreed to have Drunken Doughnuts integrated into his theater. She admires his creativity with his plays and songs and will always attempt to see them whenever she can take a break from the bar.
She deeply hopes that wherever he is traveling now, his new songs and plays bring the same joy to his new audience just as they did for her.
Interesting thinks of Orrgeon as one of his closest friends in Lanceguarde! While their aesthetics may be nearly polar opposites, he finds conversation with her to always lead somewhere he wasn't expecting. He was admittedly a little defensive toward Charlie because he feared Orrgeon being manipulated into a bad relationship again, but he's thrilled it worked out.
Orrgeon is very happy she was able to free Unlocked - along with all the other Tieflings, of course - from the cult's grasp. She's overjoyed that Unlocked still visits and keeps in touch! Unlocked has probably been caught up to speed about all of Orrgeon's many adventures, all told with Orrgeon's signature "yeah this scarred me for life but its nbd i promise" tone.
Unlocked is honored to have met the Aurelian Victors, though she wasn't expecting them to be so... normal. Orrgeon's loud, outgoing nature drew her in, and she was flattered to be invited to keep in touch with her. While she's not one for drinking too much (alcohol is quite flammable, which doesn't mix too well with her pyromancy), she visits the bar to talk with her new friend as often as she's home in Lanceguarde.
Orrgeon just can't get over this little guy!!! He's so cute!! She loves his little nonsensical screams and complaints. He can get into trouble, but he's just a harmless (...mostly) little scamp! Just... don't let him out of your sight for too long.
"This one is riddled with emotions. She would wade into fire for her companions, even aware that it would destroy her. People may commend such a foolish action, but how will she live to spread her influence if she becomes ash? However, she performs the Kissy Wissy ritual with the most competence, so I am not eager to see her life snuffed out just yet."
Orrgeon is honestly not quite sure what she did to deserve Dexter. She couldn't have been blessed with a better companion and (literally) life-long friend. She doesn't quite understand how celestials function, but she hopes when she dies, and Dexter may have to be given to someone else, that he's able to keep his memories this time.
Dexter doesn't really have any previous friendships to go off of, so he's unsure if it means anything when he calls Orrgeon his best friend. He tends to her every need, if she'll allow him. That's his job, after all. Whenever he thinks about their friendship, he gets a little distant, because he wonders how many best friends he no longer remembers, and wonders if that'll happen with him and Orrgeon.
