Loud - Friendly - Active - Blunt - Joking - Social - Gets attached easily - Likes to Fight - Over Protective

Davin is a very energetic and boisterous person. He has a hard time sitting still, and an even harder time keeping to himself. He's the sort of person who always has to be doing SOMETHING to keep himself entertained. Even when he's relaxing, he never seems to be entirely still. (It's so bad that this carries over into his sleep. He always ends up tangled up in his covers or pillows or wrapped around anyone unfortunate enough to be in the same bed as him.)

While generally an extremely friendly person, and one who gets attached to people pretty easily, Davin has surprisingly few close friends. His phone's contact list is jam packed with people he's struck up conversations with and hangs out with on occasion, but he's only super close to four or five of them. (His childhood friends, one of his exes, his boyfriend, his boyfriend's sister.) He's ALWAYS ready to talk to people and be social, can carry conversations easily, and has enough energy to go for days at a time... but it's actually pretty rare for him to get enough interest in someone to fully open up to them.

Jokes around probably more than he should. Always has a witty remark ready to go. It's not hard to make him laugh, either.

Davin can be a little forward, and almost painfully blunt, sometimes. He's the kind of person to say what's on his mind and his brain-to-mouth filter really isn't the best. He does his best not to say anything too rude and tries to learn from his mistakes, but that doesn't stop him from putting his foot in his mouth on occasion.

His volume control is absolutely terrible. Dav has a bad habit of being very loud in almost everything he does. You can 100% always tell where he is in even the most crowded room by his laugh alone.

Davin is a very active person. He starts every day with a run and a visit to the gym. He enjoys stationary indoor activities, like playing video games or cooking or watch tv, as much as the next person, but he'd much rather spend his time moving.

Really likes to fight. (Not that he goes around getting into fights for the hell of it. Not anymore, at least.) He got into boxing originally as a form of self-defense, but now he does it for fun and sport. 

It's also gone a long way to helping him control his temper. He used to have a hard time keeping his anger in check, and would blow up at people for no reason. Between his work outs, his boxing, and his open and honest relationships with his friends... he's learned to manage it very well. It's been a long, long time since he's blown up on some one without being backed into a corner first.

Davin is extremely protective of his friends and family. He'll drop everything he's doing at a moment's notice if it's for someone he cares about. He's always willing to listen when they need a shoulder to cry on or someone to vent to. Has a bad habit of putting their needs before his, though. And while he tries to keep all his fights in the ring these days... he will knock you flat if you fuck with any of them in front of him. You don't mess with Dav's friends.

Proper history coming soon! This is just a basic rundown, and while complete could use some work.

Right now I don't think Davin will have had a very exciting life. "Normal" for the most part, for lack of a better word. No cool, fantastic adventures or anything, at least. Mom and dad are still alive, as are all five of his siblings. His grandparents on his mother's side are alive, but his grandparents on his dad's side are not. (He misses his grandma a Lot.)

Was probably a little rebellious in his high school years. I can't imagine him having been a very diligent student, and he DEFINITELY did not go to college. Got into a lot of fights. Some he started, and many he didn't, but did his best to finish. Lost more often than he won before getting into boxing.

Got into boxing in his late teens, but never pursued it as a career. Participates in tournaments and stuff, but nothing major. Amateur level stuff and not-quite-legal-but-not-quite-illegal underground boxing rings. Met his boyfriend, Kazuo, after losing to him in a match held in one of the latter. They were both attracted to each other from the beginning, but there were a few hurdles to get through before they actually started dating.
