Personality
Stormi is very friendly and loves to talk but she suffers from Wernicke’s aphasia. Due to this isn't able to say actual words and doesn't realize she is speaking gibberish but she has a feeling people cannot understand her. She is very intelligent and tries to point or communicate with others however she can.

About
Stormi was in a bad accident that damaged her brain causing her to have Wernicke’s aphasia. She is still able to communicate with other people but it may be difficult. Due to her condition people tend to avoid talking to her or interacting with her too often.
She meet her best friend Able when she was flying. The two raced and ever since Able has visited her frequently and hung out with her ever since.
