Aaran moved to the U.S with his parents as a toddler and grew up on a farm in rural New York.
When his parents passed away at 13 he bailed to New York city rather than be sent back to his family in Scotland.
About half a year later, when he was still 13, a truck full of goats broke open and he helped to wrangle them and get them back to the truck, unfortunately, Chuck spotted him grabbing a goat around the neck from behind, making it look quite bad. He's been dubbed "Goat-Fucker" by the GC, which he *hates*. He'll go by Chupacabra begrudgingly, though he's trying to get them to change it to Kelpie, something of Scottish folklore at least... he does manage it.
Sherman is his roommate.
He's stubborn, honest, and always happy to help out around the tenement building.
He lost an eye as a kid after a young ram gored it by accident.
