Andy had always been close with Pete, even more so after they escaped Fred. 

Andy has a bad pair of lungs, asthma and any time he gets sick it's a 90% chance it'll go to his lungs and cause him serious issues. He spends most of his time in the tenement building, having not started school just yet, and also wanting to avoid the pollution outside as best he can. He's a sweetheart of a kid.

Andy was nicknamed after the doll of course, but only partly because of his lungs. Andy's adept at making small plushies and dolls, having made some and repaired many for the members of the GC.
