SUMMARY:
Phillip is a silly little guy who loves to act a little strange and weird! He makes a habit of saying things that are completely off the rails, or just acting a little goofy for no other reason that he wants to. He tries to be as happy as possible, and avoids danger whenever he can, he doesn't like being sad, so simply decides not to be!
He loves giving people things that he finds, and tends to appear out of nowhere, there's very little ryhme or reason to the places he hangs out. He's just here for fun!
NOTE: Phillip is usually never human, he's always got some sort of secret!

A very normal kid who loves wandering the streets! Phillip loves to collect objects that most people would designate as trash, plastic spoons, pipecleaners, rubber duckies etc.! He's got a strange facination with dinosaur shaped nuggets. |

Phillip was a bit of an oops, but that's okay! There's always room for mistakes! The room might be a spot in the basement but that's okay! It's still a good space if you just put some blankets around. Phillip loved his large family, at least, most of them!!! He loved his older sisters and his younger sister and that was more than enough for him!!
Phillip spent lots of time out of the house! For no reason in particular!!! Home definately always felt like home!!! he grew a fond habit of talking to strangers, and quickly picked up the habit of acting in a way to make others smile, it always made him smile! He also very quickly learned if you say concerning things people get conerned and parents get mad!!! So don't do that!!!
Then comes the disaster. He always causes one, he never means to! But he always runs. He doesn't dare look back.
AND THATS OKAY!!! He's fine! He loved being outside anyways!!
