Techniques: They're working on it
-Numbing Ivy: Seiko's main genjutsu. They slowly start to nullify all the target's senses. If done right, the target won't realize what's happening until they can't see, hear, or feel anything. At the moment, they have trouble maintaining the slow pace, and can only perform it on a single target.
-Fractal Weeds: Seiko is developing a jutsu that allows them to split their consciousness into different bodies and control them all. Each split impedes their ability to make decisions, though, so taking control of too many entities becomes useless. They're still not finished developing this jutsu, so it's still not usable.
-Cruel Roots: This is another new technique Seiko is developing. In theory, they should be able to use it like a little locked box at the back of their mind. They will be able to store memories in there. The problem, mostly, is they haven't figured out a reliable way to unlock the box once there's something stored there. Especially when it's intended to make things like civilian undercover identities, it would be pretty disastrous if Seiko put all their memories of being a ninja in the box and couldn't get them back. Although... Seiko has been considering changing this to, perhaps, an offensive technique...
-Seiko is naturally very sensitive to genjutsu, and thus will be able to tell when a poorly-made one is active in their immediate surroundings. They're training to refine this sixth sense.
-Passive traits: Seiko is developing a mental block that could, in theory, protect them from genjutsu or other mind-invading jutsu.
Weaknesses: Seiko's taijutsu abilities are abysmal. Their genjutsu is their most effective ability, so if they fail to incapacitate a target they are essentially defenseless.

Personality:
Seiko is a nervous child who prefers to sit back and observe. They have difficulty connecting with others and much prefer training by themselves. They also enjoy people-watching as a passtime. Despite being very socially anxious, they find human behavior fascinating.
History:
Seiko's parents are wealthy traveling salesmen, with their only permanent shop set up under their home in Shimogakure. They specialize in chakra paper, which is very expensive and difficult to produce. Seiko has grown up being taught to be polite and proper, not even allowed to help at the store because they're meant to be married off as the heir and can't have any "blemishes". While their parents were away, Seiko always enjoyed spending their time watching the other ninja children and trying to mimick them. Eventually, they started making plans to discreetly train as a ninja, which they would kept a secret from their parents. They know they wouldn't be supportive.
They spent months closely observing the jounin in the village that they could see from their home. Finally, they decided that a jounin named Hijona Fuyune was the best choice, and so they snuck out to confront her. They almost turned back when they saw she had two students already, but gathered their courage and asked anyway. And it paid off! They are going to become strong so they can finally get away from their parents.
The more they've spent time in the ninja world, the more they've noticed... problems.
Fun facts: Comes from a civilian family. Knows how to make chakra paper from scratch.
