He was in a meeting with the other capos, and it was shown that he had a rather chill-like personality, but also he shows a lot of care towards the other members. He doesn't tolerate harsh words to other members, as seen when he punched Ko in order to make him quiet. When around his crew, he is shown to be caring towards them and that he can calm down everyone in his crew.
Training Arc
She was one of the members to instantly accept Akira as her dad figure, and didn't see a reason why not to. However, she did reveal some things about her in the arc, showing that she actually has some kind of expectations on herself that she doesn't want to fail. After having a talk with Mister Akira, she learns to do things in her own pace.
First Mission Arc
While Yarohe wasn't seen in majority of Arc 3, They were seen inside the capo meeting, having some input over what happened in Romano's team. There was also a small portion where they were having a playful conversation with Aki.
