Shiro Kobayashi

Personality  

Shiro is hot-headed, loud, and stubborn to a fault. That being said, in reality; Shiro's all bark and no bite, he's irritable but he's relatively harmless, like a yippy purse dog. He's practically the size of a pea and he never aims to intentionally hurt people (most of the time), emotionally or physically. He's awkward and not good at socializing at all, he's easily flustered and embarrassed and always acts or speaks without thinking, he's more like a textbook tsundere than anything. He'd never say it out loud but he longs for friends of his own, he grew up rather isolated, and even though he's never been the best at it, once he warms up to you, Shiro shows he cares in his own strange way. Even though he's a demon, don't expect any blood sacrifices, think more along the lines of begrudgingly letting you win at video games and getting you your favorite snack from the gas station when he's stopping by. If you get to know him you'll find that Shiro is surprisingly passive for how he acts, he's ridiculously lazy and unmotivated, and even if he could take you on in a fight? He probably wouldn't out of sheer lack of effort on his part. He'd like nothing more than to spend his days napping, eating sweets, and playing video games every day.

• Shiro is extremely touch-starved and lives for physical affection, he may push you away if he doesn't trust you enough but he has no problem diving headfirst into people's laps and demanding pets from you if he does. Like a cat. 
• Shiro is technically a prince, his dad's a powerful demon king but he's also a huge dick, so ever since his mom divorced him he tries to spend as little time with him as possible. That being said, he still does have to pay visits to the kingdom sometimes, whether it's for princely reasons or otherwise, he tries to get in and out as quickly as he can. 
• Being a dream demon and all does have some perks, albeit rather lame ones, instead of being like a scary demon that hides in your closet, he's more like the sandman. If Shiro's fond of you and sleeps anywhere around you (Whether it's the room over or in the same bed) you're guaranteed to have sweet dreams and wake up feeling refreshed. But on the flip side, if Shiro doesn't like you, it's the total opposite. Prepare for lots of tossing and turning if you upset him (Or maybe just book a hotel?)
• More on his quote end quote powers; Shiro can enter people's dreams, there's nothing super interesting about it but he can control and manipulate other people's dreams to some extent, on the downside, this does cause sleep paralysis for some, not that Shiro's ever found any need for things like that. (Controlling people's dreams, anyway.) 
• Despite having wings, Shiro cannot fly with them, other demons of the same kind can but Shiro's are too small, they always have been. 
• Shiro can choose to make himself invisible in front of humans (Spirit mediums and those who can see demons/ghosts/the paranormal are exempt from this.) and on that note, he can make himself visible too, whether it be with his horns, wings, and tail out or not. Though, seeing a mostly human-looking guy with all that extra stuff is kind of an eyesore and can bring up most uncomfortable questions, (the cosplayer excuse only works so many times) so Shiro tends to opt to hide his extra appendages when he's out in public, sometimes just making them invisible, and other times hiding them with baggy clothing. He tends to prefer the latter seeing as hiding that stuff can be draining. 
• Shiro is super competitive, especially when it comes to games but once in a blue moon, he'll let his friends or boyfriend win. Sometimes. 
• Shiro grew up relatively isolated, he was hardly ever allowed to leave the palace walls while he lived with his dad and would spend a good chunk of his time traveling through portals to human realms, sometimes he'd just mess around there because anything was more fun than being trapped in the stuffy castle, and other times, he'd actually get to meet new people, growing up so alone, he's never been any good at interacting with others but he's trying his best to get better with that sort of thing.
• Shiro's very clingy once he warms up to you, he's never had many friends before and greatly cherishes the few he has, even though his way of showing it is somewhat lacking.
• His tail is extremely sensitive and the only person allowed to touch it is his boyfriend, Tenma, sometimes.
