Profile

Name: Ari Feiron

Gender: Male

Species: Human

Age: mid-20’s

Status: Deceased

Misfortune constantly follows him wherever he goes, even after death.

A dead man stuck in the limbo between life and death.

Due to his bad luck, Ari ends up expecting the worst from everything. He has an incredibly cynical attitude and can hardly tolerate people in general. The only exception are those who share a similar mindset to him, but even then, he's hardly very amicable towards anyone. There's some speculation that it has something to do with him not wanting those around him to be affected by his misfortune, but no one will ever know for sure, except for Ari himself.

Relationships:

Melody: "I just wish she'd leave me alone for just one day."

Allumette: "...please stop getting into trouble..."

Henry Mortimer: "Finally, some semblance of sanity in this damned place."

Ari's always been incredibly unlucky. It wasn't surprising that he eventually got killed in an accident. What was more surprising was the fact that he was in the way of a crashing plane, speeding car, falling tree and a bullet in the air all at once. It's... almost an achievement.

After his death, he wakes up to hear Life and Death attempting to discuss what to do with him. That's how he found out that his bad luck was so contagious even the afterlife refused to accept him, and that he had to stay in the space between life and death. Fortunately, he's not alone in the limbo they've left him in, but sometimes he thinks that it'd have been much better to die again than to be near these people.

random facts:

Ari was designed in 2018 for a different story. He was initially meant to be a weak, shy uwu protagonist being defended by superheroes. He's still physically weak but any semblance of uwu is gone

In the same story, Ari had a wannabe-hero sister named Karin. Does she still exist? ...mayhaps?

His name means 'ant' in Japanese. Ari himself isn't Japanese, though the link to ants about how puny he is was intentional.

He'd probably sound somewhat like Hajime Hinata from Danganronpa. Maybe a little deeper, but close enough.
