Weaknesses:
Extremely compulsive and obsessive over any scoop or rumor, has a habit of breaking the law for reporting purposes and also does not make friends easily.
Likes: Rumors and scandals, drama, reading, writing, recording and photography
Dislikes: Broken cameras and devices, bad reporting, the hidden truths, authority

Often recklessly endangers their own life feeling their purpose is to expose corruption and secrets. Also a bit eccentric if they do decide to talk on friendly, off the record terms.
Backstory: Dilucca was born in Tamaranth to two government officials, due to a conflict with Akothian military forces, he was sent to Breganahm and spent most of his childhood raised there. At the age of 16, he was transferred to a school in Talarn, but not before the youth discovered rumors of corruption in the larger nations.
Dilucca always had trouble focusing on anything that wasn't their current obsession, and without any headway into the youths education he was sent back to Breganahm. There he was enrolled in the military to hopefully get him on track to being a respectable citizen as his parents hoped. It didn't quite work.
At 17, Dilucca exposed a military official of crimes, said official was discharged, but so was the youth with a taste for disruption. He then traveled to Thies to try and spread the knowledge he garnered, but he officials there would hardly listen, and Dilucca almost got a hearing with the Queen. Unfortunately for him, relatives from Tamaranth had him expedited back home. There he continued to write about the injustices in the world, whatever they may be, spreading the information to the people.
At 20, he attempted to start his own paper, but was barred from doing so, instead he was enlisted as a journalist for the local paper. None of his stories were published, and frustrated, Dilucca left home to pursue their own ideas.
At 26, Dilucca learned of the dragon isles, otherwise commonly known as the Umbril Isle. He knew the Queen of Caliophe and various other ambassador had been keeping tabs on the settlement there, and with determination to figure out why, he soon chartered a ship.

-You make yourself--including your clothing, armor, weapons, and other belongings on your person--look different until the spell ends or until you use your action to dismiss it. You can seem 1 foot shorter or taller and can appear thin, fat, or in between. You can't change your body type, so you must adopt a form that has the same basic arrangement of limbs. Otherwise, the extent of the illusion is up to you.
The changes wrought by this spell fail to hold up to physical inspection. For example, if you use this spell to add a hat to your outfit, objects pass through the hat, and anyone who touches it would feel nothing or would feel your head and hair. If you use this spell to appear thinner than you are, the hand of someone who reaches out to touch you would bump into you while it was seemingly still in midair.
To discern that you are disguised, a creature can use its action to inspect your appearance and must succeed on an Intelligence (Investigation) check against your spell save DC. - 1 hr duration
