Jubilee possesses a naïve attitude for her age which often causes worry to those close to her. She is seemingly unaware of the attention she gets from her ‘curves’ so any flirting directed her way will go unrecognized. The combination of cheerful and sincere makes it so that she easily gains new friendships. She gets along with all types of people and personalities, but that doesn’t mean it’s always reciprocated.
Though appearing as one of the most slow-witted members of the Milky way, Jubilee can be quite perceptive to things others would likely overlook. This is especially true when it comes to people’s sadness, or them simply having a rough day. Jubilee is not the type to meddle with other people business unless asked to, but she will go out of her way to cheer you up. On her day to day, she is most likely hosting a party (birthdays are her favorite) or talking about how awesome her boyfriend is.
Background
Jubilee's parents divorced at a young age and, for as long as she could remember, she was bouncing from her dad place to her mom’s. Both of her parents shared minimal contact with one another. While it didn’t affect how much she loved them both she always missed having the family together. There was one day a year that was an exception to this: Jubilee’s birthday. On her special day, both her mom and dad would be with her for decorating the room, popping confetti, opening gifts and blowing out candles... they made sure she would have the greatest day. More than Christmas, Easter or any other holiday Jubilee came to love, not only her own, but all birthday parties in general.
To deal with her family situation, Jubilee always tried her best to appear cheerful. She kept busy with as many activates as she could. It would some times end up back firing, as people found her too bubbly and couldn't always keep up with her enthusiasm. It was when she entered middle school that she made her first ever friend. That friendship carried on through the years that followed. They always listened to Jubilee woes and supported her, and she did the same for them. Later this childhood friend ended up as her first love…and eventually became her very first boyfriend! But that is a story for another time.

Matthew, Matty, my Honeybunch Sugarplum, my Cuppycake! Jujube's favorite person in the whole wide world, theres no person that can even compare! Matty is Jujube's beloved boyfriend and all other guys are potatos in comparison.
Valencia Funny co-worker!
Valencia is always making sure Jubilee isn't accidentally giving 'fanservice' to the customers. Jubilee, however, is clueless about Valencia's intentions to be protective and believes her to be a funny coworker that really enjoys running around!
Nerissa Like a big sister!
Nerissa is like a big sister to Jujube, who fits perfectly into the role of the innocent "little sister". The words of wisdom"Nerissa tries to impart are too vague for Jujube to understand. She does, however, find the mature and elegant Milqilin's mannerism to be adorable! It's not her own style, but that's the beauty of everyone being different!
Topi Like a little brother!
Topi was in such awe of Jubilee's rollerblading skills that the bubbly Milqilin felt compelled to gift him his very own pair of roller-blades (To be fair, she had bought them for her boyfriend but they were too small for his big feetsies...)! Her generosity extends so far as her giving him all the yummy treats left by her adoring fan base (Everyone knows she receives far too many!).
Fior She's so cool!
Fior is cool from head to toe! Although they are mostly work acquaintances, Jujube considers Fior a good friend. She wishes for them to go on a lot of fun double dates with their boyfriends! Maybe one day they could all cosplay together, since Fior is so talented at it!!
Josephine Valencia's crush!
Though Nerissa and Josie appear similar, Jujube feels as though Josie is more out of place in her presence. She can't quite put her finger on the "why", but wants Josie to lighten up! Her attempts to make the other Milqilin smile often results in lively one-sided conversations (where Jujube does all the talking) and a lot of hugs (which Valencia is not a fan of)!
Capucine Want to squish!
Jujube would love to squish Capi all day! Her ears and tail are so fluffy, and she looks like an absolute doll! Jujube especially enjoys cheering her on while she tops off customer's coffee mugs with foam art. Her technique is magical, it really makes her want to cheer "YAY CAPI!". The words of praise seem to be enjoyed.
Bambi Looks at me funny
Jubilee finds Bambi very cute, especially since pink is one of her all time favorite colors! She often approaches Bambi to initiate friendship, with ideas such as "Wouldn't it be cute if we had matching pink charms, like the one's you wear~?". Bambi doesn't seem to like it when Jujube tries to touch her accessories (especially the horns), but they're "oh so very C-U-T-E!" that she can't help herself! She wishes they could become better friends but Bambi always stares at Jubilee in a funny way...
