He tends to be absent-minded and forgetful at times, though. Keenan is also pretty straight-forward and to the point.
An introvert by nature, Keenan tends to keep to himself. He doesn't mind social interaction; but you won't catch him at a party or anything. Keenan makes for a better listener than a talker.
Keenan is a total bookwork; often having his nose stuck in a novel. He also enjoys writing, and hopes to publish his stories one day.
When it comes to romance, Keenan is a total novice, but he's curious to see where it all goes. He's trying his best with his awkward and anxious boyfriend, Evan. Keenan has zero interest in sex; the idea of it is unappealing to him. Which is fortunate for sex-repulsed Evan.
Was born an only child born to parents that had him when they were young and irresponsible. The couple often fought with each other. Keenan was neglected; he was just sort of there in the middle of everything. Keenan was taken in by his aunt, Katharine, when he was about 2 or 3.
Keenan has no recollection of his father; he abandoned Keenan and his mother sometime before Katharine took him into her custody. As for his mother, they're not close. All he knows is that she's not emotionally mature or stable enough to raise him. He sees her sometimes, but she's a mess. He hopes she can get help and hopefully make up for lost time with her.
Aside from that, Keenan's life is a happy one. Katharine is the best parental figure he could ever ask for. She's been loving and supportive of him from day one. And even supported his relationship with Evan.

Boyfriend. He loves Evan dearly and enjoys having him around. He tries his best to assure Evan that everything will be ok and that he'll love him no matter what. He wishes he could be more affectionate with him in public, but due to Evan's fears, insecures and anxiety, that's not happening any time soon. Thankfully, Keenan is very patient with him.
Childhood pals. He acts as a listening ear for when Alec needs to ramble. He is able to have intellectual conversations with Alec.
