Tara tends to keep to herself in that almost professional way. Often times seemingly only really getting to talk with or getting to know those that she was already close to or just happened to need to associate with by proxy thanks to work or simply being roped into conversations. Although she is trying to work herself out of this mind set? It is easier said than done when it was her go to way of running things for a good chunk of her life. However as time goes on there is no doubt she'll learn to better come out of her shell. However, while she might need to learn to cut loose? She has more than learned plenty of other things. Namely in doing what it takes to make sure she advances. From a habit of keeping to herself? Tara has learned how to simply go about things and do her job while people talk as though she weren't even in the room as they dished about everything from trashy relationship talk to the more interesting albeit the more private information that certain people would rather not have leaked around. Quietly judging what she hears as she goes about her days. Needless to say she has become something of a bit of a local gossip about some of the lesser info while keeping anything really interesting to herself until the time was needed to call a higher up out for something she sees as unfair to her fellows and has, on more than once, actually managed to inform a bit of change behind closed doors.
