Basics
In the confines of Holloway City, an evil monarch seeks to spread the contaigon "Manic Despair" beyond the dome that surrounds his kingdom. All that stands between him and the unconquered outside world are five teenagers and their leader, each uniquly mutated by Manic Despair, but miraculously able to control their abilities.
This super-powered group is known as Tiene Hills, and their mission is to defend Holloway City from their obsessive King, and bring him down no matter the cost.
Lee Blume is the third member of Tiene Hills, carefree almost to an extreme, Lee spends more of his time napping than training. With the power to manipulate the wind, Lee is capable of extraordinary feats, and despite his lazy demeanor Lee cares much about changing who he is inside...

Aerokinesis
Due to his Manic Despair Mutantion, his extreme emotions are manifested through Aerokinesis--otherwise known as Wind Manipulation. Unlike others, Lee has learned to harness his abilities without needing an emotional trigger, and uses them to fight alongside his teammates. While Lee is a natural talent with his powers, he is not as well trained as his teammates are.
Light Body
Lee's mutation has had a strange effect on his body--one that's not noticeable on the outside. Lee is not nearly as heavy as a growing boy should be. He can float easily on the wind, almost like a balloon! He can be carried with ease, and thrown almost just as simply.
Flight
A technique that Lee can only use on himself. By manipulating the wind around him, Lee can fly and float through the air like a traditional superhero! Not only does this increase his mobility, but he can deal devastating damage to an enemy from above.
Tornado Hold
Lee can create powerful vortexes. With enough focus, he's even able to create multiple at once. Lee can create mini-tornadoes to protect himself and/or his allies. He can also use this ability to trap foes within the windy prison. The versatility of Lee's power makes him one of Tiene Hills' strongest.

Personality
It'd be hard to find someone in Holloway City who is as carefree as Lee Blume. With an "anything goes" attitude and a penchant for impromptu naps, it might be hard to believe he's a hero at all. However, despite evidence to the contrary, Lee Blume fights to protect Holloway City, and--more importantly--his friends within it.
Easy-going and chill to the core, Lee is a hard guy to upset. His ability to go with the flow is masterful, and he likes to follow rather than take charge in a situation. Despite his lacksidasical attitude, Lee breaks his patterns to hang out with his teammates, which shows just how much he cares about them. Although he comes off as aloof, he loves his friends, and would sacrifice anything or anyone to keep them safe.
He takes things at his own pace, rarely letting other people's agendas affect his own. Most things done around him happen on his timetable, in which the task's compeletion rate is directly linked to how much he likes you. Although he is a follower by nature, he doesn't like to feel forced or pushed, especially when he has a belief that what he's being told to do is wrong. If he's going to listen, it is on his own terms, and by his own decisions.
Despite his carefree attitude, Lee is suprisingly independent, and cares much more about his place in the world than he lets on. While he hates secrets, he has many of his own. He's hidden many things about his past self, but distrusts others for what they may hide. These small hypocrisies and more keep Lee up at night, and he hides his insecurity with a wave of aloofness.
Regardless of the thoughts that roil around inside his head, Lee is a comforting friend and dependable teammate. Although it may seem like his head is in the clouds, he hides a sharp perceptiveness and keen awareness, using these senses to influence his decisions. No matter what, Lee will stand for his friends, for the people who have helped to make him a better man.

Miss Hurricane! When Lee and Hakura are on the same wavelength, you could mistake them for siblings. Lee appreciates someone else who knows how to chill out, although he sometimes things she gets carried away with things like fighting and training....
Dakota Graves [ Teammate, Little Sister! ]
Kota is a light in Lee's life, although he'd never say it out loud. It's too dramatic; shows that he cares too much. Although the two are opposites, Lee loves Dakota like a big brother, and would do anything to keep her safe. He believes she's too young to be fighting Leader's battle....
Ava Ottlinger [ Teammate, Secret Crush]
When Lee first met Ava, she was crying in a kitchen cabinet. She said was afraid of hurting anyone else. Even when they were young, Lee couldn't fathom someone so pretty willingly hurting someone. He's had feelings for her for years, but won't confess. She deserves better than someone like him.
Irene Pierce [ Teammate, Big Sister ]
Irene is like a big sister. She takes on responsibility, shouldering burdens without complaint, because she knows she has to. The two have gotten along, and know each other better than anyone else. Although they fight on occassion, there is no doubt they both care for each other.
Leader [ Liar ]
Lee used to be close with Leader, but that time has passed. Although Lee fights on behalf of Leader, there is an obvious disdain and distrust that has soured their relationship. Lee can't explain what happened two years ago, but he knows that Leader is not the benevolent spirit he used to believe in.
