Personality: The Elder is a ravenous, angry Slugcat, who was raised by Scavengers in the Sky Islands. He has a severe dislike for the Overseers that leak over from Five Pebbles' Can, and throws spears and other objects whenever he sees them. He is cautious around other Slugcats, almost treating them like how a Scavenger would: with curiosity at first, and then violence soon after. He is a collector, however; if a Slugcat were to offer him something shiny, he would let them pass without a second thought.

Description: The Elder is a thin, raggedy old Slugcat who has survived many-a Cycle in the Sky Islands. He possesses the ability to carry two spears at once, plus one on his back, just like a Scavenger would. He holds a special Spear with three Overseer's Eyes attached to it, which is mostly for sport (he does hate the things), but also for a practical reason. For some reason, the Spear always teleports back to him at the end of a Cycle; he think it is magic, but it is really the Overseers attempting to return to their Iterators, and always, unfortunately, returning to The Elder. He holds an unspoken past with The Gardener.
