Levin's personality is similar to a kuudere; to most people, he comes off as an aloof and cold prince-like person. But towards family and friends, he becomes a lot friendlier and playful despite maintaining a semi-stoic face. His outward apathetic attitude is misleading since he is actually very perceptive given his quirk, and can catch minute details about people and his surroundings. He puts a lot of emphasis in maintaining a healthy sleeping schedule considering his quirk, but will occasionally stay up late to binge-watch mystery or thriller shows. He values family a lot and dotes on his younger half-siblings, and in turn, he's their role model. He has a good relationship with both his birth father and step-father.

He hates being the center of attention, but due to his looks and the people he hangs out with, he inevitably became popular at school. Rather than talking himself, he prefers to listen to his friends' chatter, but he'll engage in conversation when prompted. During hero or work studies, he'll rarely take on a leader role and instead, work as a scout and backup support for his team. He likes working with individuals with great mobility skills since he can take advantage of their wider scope of vision.

Quirk: Supreme Vision

Hero Name: The Vision Hero, Orion

Orion refers to the constellation, which was named after a hunter in Greek mythology; its a metaphor for his ability as an excellent scout/sensor, and the part of his quirk that allows him to link to other people's vision and form a network of information 

Levin has the ability to manipulate a person's vision, including his own. He can temporarily enhance or weaken a person's sense of sight, or alter their perception of the surrounding area. In a latent state, he has 20/20 vision. With his quirk, he can increase his visual prowess by 2 or 3 times; this includes seeing farther into the distance, zooming into a particular object/area, or enhancing clarity to the point that even dust particles can be seen. He can activate his quirk to see clearly in situations where visibility is poor, such as when there is fog, smoke or severe storms, or during night time. He can enhance other people's vision similarly, albeit to a slightly lesser extent (ie. only 2x better than 20/20 vision). 

Combat wise, he can disrupt a person's vision as well. Levin can't fully take away their sense of sight, but he can cloud them enough that it'll seem like they're wearing a thick pair of sunglasses, or are underwater. His quirk also has an 'illusion' aspect; he can cause a person to 'un-see' a real object, or 'see' a fake object. However, he cannot completely alter how the entire surrounding area looks, and the effect is restricted to the individuals he is targeting. Levin can also tap into someone's vision, called 'linking', wherein he can see what they are seeing in real time. He can link to a maximum of 4 people simultaneously, and their visions are projected as small holographic screens above his head that only he can see.

To manipulate a person's sense of sight, direct contact is required. His quirk will work within the hour since contact occurred, regardless of how many people he has 'tapped'. Distance slightly weakens the connection, but his ability should work fine unless the other person is truly far away (ie. one city over). Contact is not required for the 'illusion' aspect of his quirk.

quirk drawbacks

The main effect of Levin's quirk overuse is prolonged sleep. Not only does it allow his eyes to recover, but also his brain which was dealing with all kinds of information. He can sleep for 3 full days on the most extreme situations. Severe headaches and nausea are also common drawbacks due to information overload. When linking to multiple people at once, it can be hard for him to organize the information based on their quality and importance, so he prefers to link one at a time (ie. sometimes less is better).     

Relationships

Mayumi  [ close friend ]

They went to the same junior high with Yenica and became fast friends due to their complementing personalities. He admires her confidence and likes how she can understand him without words. He also has a secret crush on her.

Yenica  [ close friend ]

They attended the same junior high with Mayumi. Yenica helped him get more comfortable talking with a group, while he helped her improve her quirk since his sensor ability is a natural enemy of her presence manipulation.

Inasa  [ classmate ]

They are in the same hero class in Shiketsu together with Yenica. He isn't very fond of his passionate personality, but he likes teaming up with him; while Inasa is in the air, he can get a lot of info when he links to his vision.
