One of the Space Sleaze twins. 
They are proud of who they are in the sense that others who scorn them for their, um, lack of hygiene and... lack of taste.... are easily ignored, and maybe even hooted and hollered at in a mocking manner.

Their family was once of renown before Earth was shattered into smithereens; their prestige hasn't carried over for centuries... The Sleazes hadn't even been a twinkle in their great great great great grandparent's eye by the point that the family had lost power, money, and 'good breeding'. 
The Marchand name has spiraled out of control but everyone in the family is very adamant on letting others know their strong roots-- though it's more common for a Marchand of Baron Marchand fame to be poverty-stricken than successful.

 Gus and Roddy are beyond the scope of their kin, though, on the mend with a second-hand purchase of a Space Trucking franchise. 
They still don't make enough money to be out of the red, but they sure do enjoy the work- all its perils and rewards- so they kind of ignore that aspect of owning a company.

Roddy in particular is what some would call the 'brawn' between the twins, though he likes to think Gus really needs his seat-of-the-pants choice making when it comes to their space trucking business. It's easy to make enemies in this cutthroat business and Roddy has no fear when it comes to competitors. Unfortunately, when it comes to personal matters removed from work or the general judgment of a layperson, Roddy can get a bit hesitant to put himself out there, even if he feels very strongly about things. 

Without Gus (or some pearl-clutching unfortunate) nearby to goad him into being an obnoxious ham, Roddy is actually a bit shy. His face is a dead giveaway for most of his emotions, though, and it is quite easy to cause him to outburst, even if he is mumbling gibberish or just making a strained noise full of awkward emotions.

Truth be told, Roddy is not actually very strong, but pumped up enough on various drugs ("enhancements") that he can get the job done when needed, and personally feels he needs his enhancements to do a good job every day. Gus never tells him to lay off of them implicitly, as his strength is indeed an asset to their business, but Roddy was already knee-deep in his addiction far before they bought the Trucking company, so no harm done by letting it go, right? Regardless, Roddy is just fine, health-wise, despite his odd lifestyle.

• He steals Gus's clothes when his are plumb filthy, and rarely admits to doing as much
• Very jealous of how quickly and easily Gus can grow his hair out, and berates him for his hair often
     He is very cautious to ever compliment Gus on his hair, no matter how much he is seething with envy...
• He is naturally lucky and has avoided many perilous (fatal) scrapes, not that he knows, though
• Loves sunglasses and wingtip shoes
• Comes from the school of immaturely bullying his heart's desire to show affection, and has many crime warrants under his belt from being considered a 'dangerous nuisance' to all his previous crushes.
