Bramble Prowl

Bramble is more productive when left alone. She has a tendency to talk and hum to herself, but only when she 100% knows she's alone.

Despite being an introvert, Bramble feels energised after spending time with certain friends. Out of her group of moderator friends, she is considered to be somewhat of the center-piece of the group connecting everyone.

Bramble loves her family! She has a very casual relationship with her parents, often pointing at them and doing "you stink" motions with her hand. (Pinching her nose with one hand and waving her other hand in front of her face.) Bramble describes herself as a "dad's girl", implying she may prefer him. Bramble and her twin sister Hazelle are shown to get along, but often playfully argue.

Bramble is single... She wants a girlfriend, but she's too shy to put herself out there. Also, as of right now, she's got bigger things to worry about.

Bramble struggles to read passive aggression as disguised-aggression, and assumes that when people are passive aggressive towards her they're actually just being nice to her.

Bramble is extremely loyal to Aspen because she trusts her boss and knows the job of a Moderator is very important. Bramble is also shown to be a model-student that teachers enjoy having in their class.

Bramble's a Lunist which is a religion most commonly held by Werewolves. It's the belief that The Tides, Your Emotional State, and a bunch of other stuff is linked to the moon. Some also believe the moon itself is alive, but Bramble does not believe this. Bramble is an Athiest-Lunist and does not believe that the moon should be worshipped, but she still partakes in many of the religion's events and holidays. She does not actively do her daily lunar-worship.

Bramble wants to believe that, deep down, everyone is a good person. However, Bramble is also a realist, and understands there are some people you can't save. Some people care more about emotional-survival than helping others find emotional-comfort. Bramble considers herself a good person.

Bramble was born on 26th July 2003 with her younger sister Hazelle joining a few years later. As a baby, Bramble would hate to be touched up and would always try to squirm out of her parents arms. She wasn't very loud, and would very rarely cry, instead making an "eek! eek!" noise when she wanted feeding/attention. As a toddler, Bramble would try to avoid noisy envionments. If her Mum stopped to read the labels on food in the supermarket, Bramble would quell her boredom by arranging products into a rainbow-coloured order. As a toddler, Bramble as very intelligent and would be given puzzles of that of the "8+" variety because puzzles for 2-5 year olds were too easy for her. In her second year of pre-school, Bramble could read basic sentences, a skill not usually acquired until 4-6 years old.

Bramble attended Ridge-Forest Primary School but in a seperate class to her sister, Hazelle. Bramble was always placed in the top-set class when it came to maths and english lessons, and was usually in the Middle/Lower-Top range specifically of said classes. Throughout her primary school years, Bramble would often be handpicked alongside a rotation of different students to go into special programs for special little students, including Cat-Pack (where every Friday afternoon in Year 2 you and whichever parent could reguarly get time off work would do challenges against other kid-parent duos and just generally spend time together) and Go-Zone.

Go-Zone was a project in Year 5 where Bramble and 4 other children (all the bottom of bottom-set) were taken out of lessons and given spelling quizzes. Bramble found it very easy, whereas the other kids did not. Being grouped in with the bottom-set kids made Bramble doubt if she was actually as good at spelling as she thought she was, and it made her self esteem dip for quite a while. At a parent's evening, her parents brought up the concern with her teacher. The teacher claimed it was "so Bramble could help the other kids because she's top set, she's setting an example" but Bramble found this laughable because she's a student, not a teacher, and this shouldn't be her responsibility. Even to this day, she thought the Go-Zone project was bullshit. Go-Zone was the breaking point for Bramble's parents, and finally- Even with no one else noticing Bramble's very autistic behaviour- Decided to get Bramble tested for autism.

Bramble was on the autism waiting list for 2 years (Age 9 -> 11) and started attending South Mana Secondary School by the time her diagnosis finally rolled around in Spring of Year 7. Bramble was tested for autism- And usually it takes a few sessions to suss out the details on if the patient has autism, but Bramble's vibes were so strong she got an official Autism Spectrum Disorder and unofficial Asperger's Syndrome (because you can't be diagnosed with that one anymore since it comes under ASD) diagnosis. Upon this realisation, Bramble finally started to make sense of her life, such as avoiding the School Cafeteria and choosing to eat outside because it's too noisy and her random obsessions with subjects like European History.

In Year 9, Bramble tried to sneak her guinea pig into the school library (long story) and ended up getting the new kid, Tristan Bonheur, roped in. The two spent detention together the following day and ended up becoming friends. The two both attended their secondary school's sixth form together. Bramble took Art, Computer Science and History for her A-Levels because she didn't really know what to do with her life. She wanted to do something vaguely along the lines of mixing art and technology (IE, graphic design or making art-assets for video games) but she wasn't sure what.

Bramble exhibits an intelligent but fun aura. She's the kind of friend you can get up to shenanigans with, but also ask a simple answer to a simple question and end up with a whole, indepth history of a topic.

Bramble is very academically gifted but not very socially aware. She is quite physically strong as a result of being a werewolf. She can run reasonable fast but has poor stamina, since she plays tennis in her spare time.

• Her last name, Prowl, comes from a motion commonly assosciated with foxes.
• Bramble was originally called Brayken after the Monstercat Artist Braken.
  • Bramble, as a character, was originally male, but this was changed when Crispin realised very few of his characters were female.
• Bramble's colour palette comes from the lesbian flag. This contrasts Tristan's who's colour palette comes from the gay flag.
• At (18:38) on 30th July 2022, Bramble's voiceclaim was changed from Ciel Phantomhive (DUB) Black Butler to Stolas (Child) from Helluva Boss.
• Between 2018 and (21:19) 26.12.22, Bramble was a Kitsune and not a Vulpen-Werewolf. This was because Vulpens had not been made yet.
• At (18:21) 17.03.23, Bramble's middle-name was decided to be Shannon.
