I used a combination of Eggy's topnav css as well as some css of my own to achieve this overall look! When you change the css of the main profile, it changes the css of all adjacent pages, like bulletins, characters, etc. If you're interested in the specifics I'd be happy to shoot you a message with some of the techniques I employed!

Hello, I am currently using your codes to set up my profile. I was trying to figure out how to get the featured character and latest comments box like your. I would appreciate the help. I have my progress so far saved so if you look at my profile you can see what I have so far.
Hmm, if you're looking to set up the featured character/comment boxes like mine, you'll have to adjust numerous values (more than I can possibly describe in one comment) such as the minimum-height for both, and in this box specifically, you'd have to set the max-height in div.profile-comments and also set your overflow-y to scroll and your overflow-x to hidden, with padding as you see fit. The boxes are styled automatically by Eggy's P2U Topnav layout, so if you were looking for that aesthetic as well as this overall layout, you would need to purchase that. All of this is only possible with css, so you would need to be a premium user to get all of this to work. I hope this helps! Thank you so much for using my layouts!
EDIT: Also, just wanted to mention as I'm not sure if this is intentional, but your featured character box appears to be missing! You should be able to enable it in advanced profile settings.
Thank you for that help. unfortunately I wont be able to get premium right now because of personal problems. I was trying an alternative where I edit my profile to directly link specific characters. My one problem is they were all lining up vertical and I want them side by side. can you help with that.

Update: Changed my profile code up a bit so that users with custom css turned off will still see some pretty neat html (and not a bunch of weird things I CSS'ed out, haha).
Hey!! Sorry it took me so long to respond, do you mean for the folder or for my individual fursonas' pages? For the folder, I used my Folder Header code (free-to-use in my HTML layouts folder, go check it out!) and for my sona's pages, I'm using a modified version of Eggy's topnav CSS as well as some HTML I wrote for fun! I could provide you the uncommented HTML if you like, I just can't distribute the CSS since part of it is P2U, I just changed it up for personal use. ^^
