After Dewdrop's child Soakkit was swept away with the tide, Bubbleshade made it a personal mission to find the child. Keeping a close eye on the clan outside the forest, she eventually recognized the kit among them, and proudly showed Dewdrop her findings.
To Bubbleshade, this was just another part of aiding her peers, but she's happy her efforts were rewarded and that Dewdrop is in her corner now.
One early morning Bubbleshade nudged Dewdrop awake, eyes gleaming with delight. She dragged Dewdrop to the edge of the border, where two cats were training; one of which was her lost child, Soakkit, now an apprentice.
Dewdrop has never forgotten this event and is immensely grateful to Bubbleshade for finding her lost son. Dewdrop would stand up for her no matter what, knowing that her suspicious actions are rooted in helping others.
Drenchtail's mother! She loves him very much and worries for him a lot, as he's the only kit she has left.
When the camp flooded, Dewdrop was unable to help Soakkit because she was holding onto Drenchkit; as such, she feels like if something were to happen to Drenchtail, she lost Soakkit in vain.
Dewdrop's son! He loves and is very close to her, often sharing tongues and eating together. Her worrying has made him somewhat anxious about doing things by himself.
Doesn't know how to feel about Bubbleshade. Fairly sure she knows Yarrow's secret, but has only seen her during gatherings so she can't be sure.
Definitely knows.
When Foxsight had his vision of the fox attacking Loudfur, he rushed out of camp without much more than a "come on!". Windswipe was one of the cats that listened, and the one who ensured Foxsight was not killed fighting the fox. As such Foxsight appreciates and respects Windswipe, feeling comfortable with going to her for help.
The fact she doesn't worship him is a nice bonus.
Windswipe privately wonders why Starclan chose a mere apprentice to act as their mouthpiece, but has never voiced these thoughts. After all, she saw Foxsight run straight into a fox's maw in order to save his clanmate. She finds Foxsight to be a bit too immature for his responsibilities, so she tries to keep tabs on whether he has had any other Starclan visions that he may stupidly put himself in danger from.
She thinks it's funny that Smallpaw is so smooth compared to the other Rockclan cats and can tease her (even moreso when Puddlepaw grows up and Smallpaw stays the same size!), but knows what is too far and will defend her against those who try to do actual harm. She feels like they're on good terms.
Puddlepaw once told off an elder whose rude remarks were getting to Smallpaw, then joked with her until she felt better. As such, though Smallpaw knows she's hiding a fair deal from Puddlepaw, she considers her a good friend. If only their lifestyles were a little more compatible, maybe they could hang out more ...
He doesn't really know who she is. He has no strong opinion of Bubbleshade, but has once been rejected because of her interference.
She knows of his cross-clan flings. She doesn't help him hook up with anyone, but does keep track of who his current mate is.
Loudfur appreciates Windswipe and considers her a friend and senior to be respected. He sometimes feels uncomfortable if she starts pressing him too hard for information, though. He's a bit puzzled as to why Mudpelt sometimes "forgets" to tell her things.
Windswipe took part in rescuing Loudfur from a fox, having followed Foxsight to the site of the attack. She keeps an eye on him, knowing that he's Mudpelt's friend, and sometimes chats with him to get a clearer view of whatever Mudpelt is currently doing.
Mudpelt knows that Windswipe is open to helping him, as long as it doesn't involve anything too harmful, and he appreciates her help a lot. But instead of tailoring his plans to her preferences, he just leaves out the harmful parts from his explanation; he figures that by the time any harm is done, she'll have understood his genius and gotten on board.
This has never happened, but he holds out hope.
Although she knows he's a troublemaker, she finds Mudpelt's ideas more interesting than her usual duties. She sometimes aids him out of simple curiosity, though she will put her paw down and pull out the moment she catches wind of his plans involving any real harm or danger.
Fawnface's father, but doesn't seem to care for her and just treats her like a regular clan member. He would show concern if she got hurt, but by that point it'd be too little too late.
Though she's Longstripe's daughter, she isn't particularly close to him and sometimes even forgets they're related. It annoys her whenever she sees him get close with cats from other clans during gatherings.
Loudfur bonded with Mudpelt back when they were kits, as both had pelts that were always seen as dirty and were washed much more than needed. He considers Mudpelt a close friend, and so follows his lead even when he feels doubt or discomfort. If things escalate, he tries to find a middle ground and stop them from getting worse without messing up Mudpelt's plans in the process.
Mudpelt bonded with Loudfur back when they were kits, as both had pelts that were always seen as dirty and were washed much more than needed. Although Mudpelt likes Loudfur and considers him a friend, he takes Loudfur's loyalty for granted, and has fallen into thinking of the other cat as something akin to a follower. If Loudfur were to turn against him, Mudpelt would be equal amounts shocked and hurt, not understanding how or why it could happen.
Loudfur looks up to and reveres Foxsight, as when they were apprentices, Loudpaw was attacked by a fox and Foxpaw intervened via an actual Starclan miracle, saving his life. In a way, he sees Foxsight as a superhero. Although Loudfur often follows Mudpelt, if Mudpelt and Foxsight ever got into a fight, Loudfur would take Foxsight's side.
Foxsight feels a little bit annoyed at Loudfur for being the catalyst of this whole "oracle" business, but knows it's not his fault and holds no ill will toward him. He's overall neutral on Loudfur, he just dislikes how much the other cat looks up to him.
Smallpaw's father, but has no contact with her or her mother at all. Prefers to act as if the cross-clan relationship never happened. (Rude.)
Longstripe's daughter! Has never had contact with him, and isn't even sure who he is, but is curious about it.
Smallpaw's mentor who continues to be her friend after Smallpaw earns her warrior name. Gets along well, but is rather stressed trying to keep track of her apprentice and stop her from getting into trouble, even when she's grown-up.
Knows that Smallpaw doesn't have many close friends, so she tells a few white lies when Smallpaw causes trouble in order to make things easier on them both. In return, Smallpaw keeps Yarrow's secrets safe.
Yarrowtuft's apprentice! They get along well, though Smallpaw feels like Yarrow is a bit too fussy and fretful sometimes.
Got dragged along to get farm herbs with Yarrow so she knows about her unorthodox herb gathering tactics. Is really doubtful about said tactics, but doesn't tell anyone since Yarrow hasn't spilled Smallpaw's secrets either.
Best friends, hangs out with him often but wants to do things without him sometimes
Best friends, hangs out with him ALWAYS
