Sorry for the late response. Many of the characters in that list are mega-tentative or untradeable (Especially my Residents of the Sea folder! I uh... should probably make one of those folder guides). I also should have mentioned that earlier. That said, I'll still look through the folder you linked to see if anything caught my interest.
You can simply ask about characters, and I'll tell you their status or ponder at the offer, at least. Fair warning, though: I am very picky. and many aren't up for uppers.
