Oh sure! So customs are basically adopts that you can specify hair/eyes/theme for. (going to use feminine pronouns because it's faster sorry) So they'll probably have a form (or ask them for one) and It'll ask you for things like what coloured hair, what color are her eyes, what species she is , what type of hairstyle she wears, what markings she has, what clothes she wears, what theme the adopt is in etcetc. They do appreciate when you give them picture refs but try to provide a couple of options. If there's something you specifically want, then you should let them know
