Flipside's Bulletins
Ooo time for another character to get featured for July 2022! Just a fun little exercise my friends and I do together to help develope our ocs and their worlds! And well just spoil them rotten of course. For the month of July I'll be looking to get art of this character~
Golem the Mundi Felidae!
This has been a long time favorite character of mine. The idea behind them was cats napping on the warm patio bricks in the afternoon sun. Just how beautiful all the bird song would be, sunlight sparkling overhead, the smell of dirt and plants. Mmmm. Just so calming for me.
Golem here is actually made of brick and stone if you were to touch them. The texture rough against your hands. He's like a moving statue in the garden. Since this mundi felidae's host is a biome, we'll have to make an effort to draw their home! The actual garden they inhabit. They actually don't feed off the energy of people or mortals who stroll through the garden, they get it passively from the care and love that's given to the thriving plant life. People may try to vandalize the garden, Golem is quick to pounce on anyone who harms their domain!
Golem doesn't actually mind their nude brick like form. But it tends to get much too hot in the sun, so during the warm months they gladly end up being a host for various plant life. Moss, grasses, and now most recently in the garden they tend to be covered in mourning glory plants. Oddly though the color of the flowers seem to change from time to time.
This big kitty is actually the gentle giant. Insects and animals all love to sit and rest with Golem. He is mindful while moving around the garden not to cause any excess damage to the plants. He doesn't even mind the occasional mortal coming up and interacting with him. He's just a big cat and refuses to talk to the lower kind. But if you still offer to pet his brick-like exterior I don't think he'll turn you down. It's oddly comforting to him.
Things AJ should do for Golem!
- Draw Golem!
- Make Golem a pretty toyhouse profile and fill it out with info.
- Draw Golem's biome / garden home.
- Speedpaint of golem sleeping in the sunlight? ;w;
- Some pixel art of golem of course!!!
- Commission artwork of golem from peeps when luxury money is available!
- Artfight with golem as my partner. >:3c
- Sprite art of some pretty mourning glories?

My friends have been trying to start up monthly features of their ocs/collections and I absolutely love the idea. I use to do a monthly pick of an oc I liked and all month spoil that oc in doodles/commissions so forth. So I might pick up the habit again! Work on some of that character and world building! First month, my birthday month JUNE! WOOO WOO!
Sparrow the kit pillowing!
This pocket sized cutie can be a little skittish when you first meet them. Their first urge is always to flee and hide, or at least fly up somewhere high and out of reach. Once you get to know this timid pillowing, they really seem to light up the room! They happily fly shoulder to shoulder for a quick cheek rub as a sign of affection or greeting.
Can you believe this darling pillowing doesn't even have an in-world owner at all yet? Wow, I wonder who I should trial them with. Maybe I'll lean into Cloverly Ponies universe. Maybe somepony like Sky Envy? :3c I will have to try doodling them together and see how it feels! It seems only right they'd adopt a pillowing with wings. So personal chores for me this month, doodle sparrow! Spruce up sparrow's toyhouse profile! and see if sky envy and him are a match~ via doodles of course.

I’m so sorry about all the drama that happens around my name “Anti/Proship” it’s all... Just awful. I’m so tired of it all. I really seem to struggle to make my points clear and concise when discussing with others. This twitter thread was extremely helpful, it’s everything I’ve been desperately trying to say to all my fellow creators.
I just want all of us to be safe. I want both sfw and nsfw communities to be able to navigate online safely and use tags / content warnings when possible. I don’t want any harm to come to anyone IRL, no animals, no people, no one. Consent comes first, always.
I hope anyone takes the time to read this and understand what I mean when I say I am prokink or proship.

I have blocked the user and I have sent in a report. But I've never had a report ever answered back in years. I know the TH staff is extremely small and most likely does not have time for this. But I'm at a total loss...
These people blocked me, I can't have any sort of discussion or clarify myself with them. And now they are publicly grouping up to get me banned on other websites as well where I do not break rules.
I would never share NSFW work with minors. I do not approve if minors in adult spaces. I do not support IRL abuse or sexual assaults. I just like to write and roleplay..... I try to tag my content and people take that as reason alone to attack me, I don't know what to do...

Sure, why not! Only requirement to be my pal is to just understand I'm exhausted and very slow to reply to our chat tag conversations. As long as you get that we'll get along great! Because I have such limited energy I usually spend all my social time in my discord server; Cloverse Discord Server! So please join the chat and hang out with us if you want to get to know me more. C: Plus you might find out you don't like me as much as you first thought which is totally cool too, it's all about the experiences! You never know what you might encounter in new social circles.
▶ Can I link ocs?
What does link ocs mean? Like here on Toyhouse? I don't really like/use that feature myself because I can't seem to remove them from older trades. TT wTT; So please avoid linking my ocs.
BUT if you mean "can I DM you and share ocs with you" I absolutely love that and encourage it. I might be slow to reply but I try my best to keep up! Getting new art/ocs/whatever is awesome to hear about!
▶ Can I take art inspiration?
Wait, do people NOT take art inspiration?! That's silly! Of course you can. I guess all I can really mention is try to be respectful of the OP designers? Some of them can be pretty picky about others "taking inspo" but honestly just experiment. Have fun. There's no hard rules as long as you're not copying anyone directly/intentionally. Everything has been drawn, everything already exists. Art is just a way to communicate ourselves in a physical form and that's pretty amazing. So don't be afraid to create, MAKE MORE ART!
▶ Can I take design inspiration?
Oh, I didn't read this question before answering above. UHH It's a bit from before, but like... Just make more designs. Trust me, when you first start out everything looks like a bad copy of something. But just KEEP TRYING, KEEP GOING! Make 100 designs, not just one! You will get better at reading inspiration and transforming it into your own works. So please, keep at it. C:
▶ Can I ask about co-owns?
Oh I don't like or do co-owns. Always messy between people and others who wanna sell/trade their "share". I do co-own with some very close personal friends who I trust with my ocs since we build them together/rp them. But other than that, nah I avoid co-owns.
▶ Can I ask for pings?
I don't do pings because I just simply own too many characters annnnnd I usually don't like to let them go that often. Haha, BUT my suggestion here is to just comment "I LOVE THIS CHARACTER, Can I have a ping?!" on the character itself. I'll just leave the comment there so.. We know who might be interested if they ever go up for sale/trade/what have you! C: So yeah as long as I'm not expected to manually keep track of it, I'm cool with these ping comments on my ocs.
▶ Can I put your character in my dreamie folder?
Oh absolutely. I own a LOT OF DREAMIES MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAA!!! Favorite folders are just for you and your thoughts. You shouldn't have to worry what people think about adding fav designs to folders. That's just out of their reach and silly. Nothing to do with them. So you just organize to your lil heart desires! It doesn't affect me at all!

Deleted my profile page with the intent to redo it sometime. everything lately just making me sad and bored to look at so maybe i just need to redo stuff? shrugs.

*super important note; did you draw me fanart and it's not in the character's toyhouse gallery? That's ok that's just aj being sad and not keeping up with her file keeping. She would REALLY REALLY love a nudge or reminder it exists so she can add it to the gallery!!! ;w; I'm very sorry for all the stuff I missed over 2018.. it's just been a rough year and I'm trying to recover it all now slowly.
- If anyone orders commission artwork of my characters, that's.. weird if we don't know each other but I think I'm actually chill with it so long as you ping me/show it to me as well. It's a weird concept I've seen happen mostly only in the furry community and even then super rare. I don't wanna assume people just gonna randomly commission art of MY characters for themselves ??? but ey, these are my thoughts i guess. If we're friends who talk regularly, we often share characters obviously I'm chill with it. _へ__(‾◡◝ )>
- Adult artwork/fanart. I'm personally cool with it, however I might want you to check in with me real fast on who you want to draw. Most of my characters are 100% fine to draw smut of for any reason, but there might be a few that just have sentimental values that I might not want adult works of. I don't have very many characters like that, but hey it's always best to just ask me. I promise you I won't bite unless you ask my characters too. They totally might if you say please. ;>
- Only main rule, don't steal my characters, claim them as your own, rp with them, yadda ya. It's ok if you need to use them as a starter reference to help build your own oc and such, but make sure to source me, source the artists/creators all that. c: I'm super happy to see new creators make characters and I don't mind being an inspiration to them. But just make sure to source/cred your inspirations. <3
- ASKING IF MY CHARACTERS ARE FOR TRADE OR SALE? Please do not do this. Any characters I am considering trading or such will be tagged #LFO looking for offers! If they are tagged LFO totally feel free to comment on them, message me, discord me, w/e. c: I love trading characters and I don't mind anyone making offers to me so long as they're tagged! <3 Or if peeps are offering me wanted/grail stuff omg please message me haha.
- CAN I INTERACT WITH YOUR CHARACTERS? Yes. yep, yes, I'm looking for friends for my characters and shit. I want to rp with my stuff, but I admittedly don't know how to find rp buddies any more. Just know that I'm an Adult and would very seriously only want to rp with people over the age of 18. I just really love writing smut/sex text for my characters and that is neeeever something I even remotely want to accidentally do with a minor.
