Ket's Valley

A spot of lush greenery among Chellabra's rugged mountains and inhospitable deserts, Ket's Valley has long been guided by Mew Ket, a Dominion Flame who created and tends to the great lake in the territory's center. Though he challenged Mewt Mavet for dominance of Chellabra, he lost - and willingly, begrudgingly, surrendered during the Unification War.

Its current leader is Mew Ket, but it is actually governed by [TBN].
