Pebblers's Links
"Oh, Mal. That crazy cog, one of my very first friends... taken from this world way too soon, but maybe for the better. May she rest in peace.
...I do not think hell is peaceful, though."
lemon absolutely despises bravecog - their patronising behaviour, their "callout" of them, and everything else! what does pebbles even *do* if its not whine and shout!?
"This pesky little parasite... Steamroller had one job."
Previously on good terms, he's now burning with deep, sudden hatred for the toon. They betrayed him. They are good for nothing... just like him.
Gabriel could just hire a better hitman. But his urge for Lemonbutter to die is fighting with the urge to keep them alive.
Maybe someday they will gather more information about her.
Maybe someday she will go back on his side..
But for now, all that's left is waiting.
Waiting for a perfect opportunity to manipulate her again.
"nuh uh"
".. You mean this rabies infested toon? Couldn't love her more... AGH- WHAT THE FUCK RAVEN!"
Worker Bee was skeptical about Raven at the start of them knowing eachother, thinking it's just another toon, boring like Featherhopper but.. something about her personality struck his metal heart. Now THAT'S a soulmate right there! After a couple long weeks of arguing, fighting and talking, both of them started dating eachother. Bee loves to call her cute names like Honeybun, or Honeypie, just Honey, Sweetie, Failed SCP experiment that the foundation has not yet contained... Truly a beautiful couple that totally doesn't beat eachother up on the daily basis!
āBee..? Oh, Bee isā¦ heās something, alright. Heās okay. He does make an excellent punching bag though, Iāll show you: OBSERVE!!ā
At first, Raven viewed Bee the exact same way she viewed anyone new in her life: infuriating and untrustworthy, and the fact that sheād been conditioned to despise cogs only reinforced her opinion. But, when she gradually came to tolerate him and he began to show some actual, genuine affection towards her, she became increasingly confused and unsure of her own feelings - sheās meant to be his enemy, and sheās only ever been an irritable, tiresome burden to all those around her, so what makes Bee think sheās worthy of his endearment? - It took her a lot longer to eventually accept her feelings and begin dating him, and even though she remains skeptical and, frankly, quite concerned that sheās the one he ended up falling for, she does truly love him too. But sheāll never say that aloud!!!
"I mean.. I can't say I hate them.. No I legitimetaly can't, my throat closes if I try."
One of the (if not the only) successful hybrid between a cog and a toon made by Doctor Mal Practice. It was a painful journey, going through half of her limbs being either replaced or coated with metal, but in the end, she was able to walk and breathe again.
A small tinge of satisfaction and.. gratitude towards Mal is felt deep inside her heart.. but it's mixed with the sheer hatred for hurting her friends.. hurting her family.
"Don't even say his name - my head hurts just hearing it. I need to meet whichever mad-man made this suit just to drop a piano on their head." //
Featherhopper's day immediately gets worse the second Bee is in the building; they cannot stand his constant badgering and attempts at jokes - cogs aren't even meant to make jokes! Bee should count himself lucky that he hasn't lost an arm or had his antennas ripped from his head yet, someone should probably tell him that Featherhopper bites before it's too late.
"Hmm? Featherhopper, haha! Yes yes I remember them! Ahh, such a friendly toon! I'm buzzing with energy every time I see them! I wonder what kind of a joke I should perform next.."
A little prankster. Always annoying the absolute daylights out of the poor overworked toon every time he gets a chance, even if its just buzzing right next to their ear, or playing with their hair while flying above them. This bee is asking for a death wish, and everyone knows that.
"I-... I don't know why you're asking about him, there's nothing to say. Look, I'm busy, no more questions!" //
Featherhopper had put a lot of trust in Seargent when they first started working under the same company. Working similar jobs, the toon found a lot of peace in Sarge's quiet nature, and would often look forward to working with him - a rare occurrence. The first time Sarge had blown himself up in front of them had been.. jarring, but soon enough he was back on his feet; same with the second time, even if seeing his head explode twice (both times inadvertently because of them) left them shaken. But something /happened/ that third time - something went wrong - and the Point Blank that was returned to the logging company a few weeks later wasn't right. He was standoffish and rude, dismissing Featherhopper where he'd have trusted them before; Featherhopper told themselves he just needed time to come around, but that time never came, and the toon stepped away. Eventually, they were able to jog his memory with the thought-to-be destroyed camera recording of the night the first version of Sarge died, and while he's a little warmer towards them now, Featherhopper keeps him at an arm's distance. He's too volatile to get close to again.
"Featherhopper? Don't get me started.. This toon makes me have a headache every time they come by. I wonder why.."
Sergeant's feelings about Featherhopper are mixed and confusing. Mostly, this cog is neutral to them, maybe because most of the times he is needed as security for this toon in particular, to make sure no one is going to get harmed. Yet, he's not sure about one thing... why is Featherhopper so cautious around him? And, most importantly, why does he remember being.. nice to them.
"Troy? I don't think I know a Tr- oh. Him. He's.. bearable, I guess. Would save me a headache if he wasn't stuck in trees all the time." //
Featherhopper sees Troy as a good acquaintance, but not much else. They don't see each-other too often, with Troy working outside and Featherhopper stuck in the office most of the day, but they respect his position and manages to relax a little bit around him when he's not stuck somewhere. Their conversations are rare, but an appreciated break from the insanity of their other colleagues.
"Ah! Featherhopper! Yes yes, I remember them! Such a battle spirit in this little fragile body! I wonder where they get all of this from!"
Ever since witnessing the toon, Troy has already fallen in love (NOT SHIPPING) with them. Such battle spirit, such.. bravery! Yet, he doesn't like to think about the times where Featherhopper needed to notify Chip about another one of the cog's... accidents. One of the very few friends of Featherhopper.
"How can she stand being here? They let her do whatever she wants - why doesn't she just leave?!" //
Featherhopper doesn't understand Pebbles at all. They'd first been sympathetic, desperate for another toon's company in this suit-ridden hellscape, but they quickly lost hope of any common ground when they found out Pebbles was here by choice. They're infuriated that she's allowed to go wherever she pleases, and truly doesn't understand why she doesn't take the chance to escape; a chance they'd kill to have. Featherhopper keeps the raccoon at a distance - her loyalties lie with these suits, why should they trust her?
"It's a very interesting toon, but I'm afraid befriending them will be heck of a ride.. but, who am I to complain? Maybe I'll warm them up enough, who knows".
She thinks Featherhopper is a bit distant, maybe sometimes rude, but she doesn't mind! She sees a friend in everyone, and this one right here, Is another target.
