For all of those specific characters I used Pinky's codes! For Silver I used Triad, but for the others I used codes that Pinky no longer offers, from the Tiny Bundle.

Awh, thank you so much!! There's actually a couple different stories for all of them.

For example; Silver is a failed lab experiment by the scientists, however Spark is specially trained by a Rocket Admin specifically for battling, same with Boss and Dusk. Meanwhile Mitzi is a successful clone and the team rocket boss is looking to sell her to the highest bidder. Lastly, Mizu, who was caught and is owned by a grunt who is trying to get higher up in the organization.

I just grab whichever sprite I want to recolor from this site, pop it down into MSPaint, and then use either the Eraser Trick, Bucket Fill, or Transparency Trick to change the colors. If it's something with patterns, like these:

Then I'll change the base color, and then use the pencil tool to line in and fill the patterns.
