I have the attention span of a puppy so I really struggle with creating full finished profiles =n= Yeah, I do love me some simulation games, haha! I especially enjoy collecting stuff, I could spend hours IRL in the abandoned ruins... :--D And YEAH I felt so bad when I realized I was late, and then Arlo sent me this angry letter the next day... I felt so guilty I specifically made him an iron sword as a gift to apologize. xD He seemed to forgive my forgetfulness. I kinda have my eye on Remington at the moment, but I also really like Phyllis, Paulie (for some reason I really like my fictional guys big at the moment x//D), Mint, and Gust. I just feel Remington would be the best match for my girl out of these four. Her personality is really fierce and temperamental so... the Duvos powder loving Remington might actually be able to handle her. >u> Knowing you like Revali I'm not too surprised you considered Gust, hehe! I actually love Gust's unfriendly personality and I enjoy imagining my girl arguing and bickering with him x'D But I don't think she'd actually be attracted to him. I kinda wish you could romance Higgins, that would make such a juicy story. :'D

Hehe that's very good; my first game like this was harvest moon for SNES when I was a kid xD Do you know Story of Seasons? That's a very cute game too; I wish the festival events in Portia were a little bit like in SoS. Story of seasons has a bit more "couple interaction" on festivals and different dialogues on festivals as well when you are dating the character x//D
Aww may I ask what did the letter say?? I haven't gotten a letter like this yet because I never forgot a playdate/date (kinda do not have the heart to do it on purpose even though I know this gives an achievement looool).
Ohh Remington is a very nice guy too! And Paulie is an interesting choice as well I must say. Overall you have a good amount of candidates, I wonder which one will take the cake x//D I actually wanted to go blind into it and get everyone to know before I decide.. But I guess Arlo had other plans lol

SO. It's a good idea to focus on the most important characters's profiles and make them really beautiful! I guess a part of my problem with character profiles is that... I have created a LOT of characters over the years, and I've already done the weeding out of the less important ones and only upload the more important ones on Toyhouse that I've actually used more or are currently "active." :'D So now I kinda have this pile of close to 100 characters (a lot of which are not even visible yet I think) that I really want to give a nice profile to. TT^TT I suppose you happen to have a lot of characters that represent you in one way or another, while I don't have those aside from my two or three actual sonas, so it might be easier for you to separate the REALLY important characters from the others? /interesting analysis lol
I've played Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town a little but I never got to the point where I would have gotten super close to the characters yet >n< I should pick that up again at some point. Simulation games tend to be a bit overwhelming for me in the beginning because there's just so much to do, so I like to focus on making money and farming/building/updating first and once I get the ball rolling on that sector I move on to making friends. I don't think I got to that point in SoS yet. I was in the process of wooing Damon though, that I remember. x//D If only you could date Lars...
The letter said "Where were you yesterday?! I'm really mad! Next time please be there, got it?" :'D I was like whoa, okay, this guy is ANGRY. Arlo seems so laid-back and then he's like YOU BETTER BE THERE NEXT TIME OR ELSE. x'D I'm just kidding of course, but the intensity of the short letter did surprise me because he does seem very friendly and laid-back otherwise. Now I'm curious as to what Remington or Paulie would say but I don't have the heart to stand anyone up on purpose either... I even reset a day once because I forgot a play and hadn't done anything super important that day. :'D
Yeah I imagine Paulie isn't most people's first (or second or third) choice, haha! I'm pretty strongly leaning towards Remington at the moment because he really would be a great match for my girl, but who knows, something might still happen that changes my mind.

I have ADHD (currently still unmedicated bc my doctor hasn't given me an appointment to sort stuff out) and I really struggle to work on/finish art that I'm not super into, and then it becomes a cycle where I keep thinking I should do it but keep procrastinating and it becomes more and more of a chore in my mind, which makes it even harder to do =^= So I always end up taking like several months to finish commissions and that's not fair for a paying client. /rambliest explanation ever, sorry
I might be willing to do some kinda art trade though if you're interested? That's not as... idk high pressure as when someone pays me with money. xD Idk, my brain works in mysterious ways.

Arlo took a moment to stare at his Princess' beautiful, pale skin. She was glistening in the sun, like a jewel found amongst the deepest darkest caves of the Ruins. His heart swelled and fluttered, skipping a beat. He couldn't back out of this one even if he wanted to. The urge was just...too strong.
"Princess..." He called out to his fair lady, before reaching his gloved hands to cup each of her soft, squishy cheeks. He was leaning slowly, all while his eyes slowly lowered. He reached her soft, pink lips but stopped just when they were about to make impact with each other. A smile lingered on his face, as he is pretty sure this will bring her back. He knew how much she enjoyed moments like these.
He breathed softly, the breath tickling her lower facial region. Their lips brushed against each other for a brief moment before he pulled back slightly to say one more thing.
"I love you..."
And, then, he pressed his lips against hers, in a soft, warm, and tender exchange. Hopefully she will wake up now?
