The Pinnacle

The pinnacle is a citadel atop the tallest peak in Xaheth, where dragonkind have formed their own city and government away from the humans and other sentient races below them. It's magic is overwhelming to those unprepared to bear it.

They are ruled by the five Shauhma (Ss- how-may), representatives of Sea, Sky, Earth, Light, and Shadow, and though they are secretive- their influence shapes the world itself and they rival even the gods in their power.
