It's 22nd century and attempt to alter climate leaves world a frozen place. In this madness, a sovereign city state of Skymont was founded somewhere in what remains of Europe. What was advertised as shining beacon of hope and best place to live ended up as a gloomy place ruled by privileged wealthy men who don't hesitate to exploit the citizens and finance all kind of immoral science research. A group of young people got together perhaps by the destiny itself, dealing with every day's joys and sorrows while navigating through lives in this particular place.
