Forrest still cares for Rodney and misses him sometimes but has moved on for the most part. He still sees him as a friend but isn't as close to him as before, the trust they had sort of faded after their falling out.
Rodney cares for Forrest even though they rarely see each other anymore. He does miss him but has replaced him in a sense with his little brother soon after they had a falling out. He acknowledges that Forrest would hate him if he knew what he was up to but is perfectly fine with having the whole friendship formed from lies.
Eli is absolutely terrified of Rodney and dreads seeing him. He's constantly on edge whenever he leaves his home, even to step into the back yard, in fear that he'll see his predator again. Rodney is the source of many of his panic attacks and nightmares that he will most definitely never get over.
Rodney adores Eli in every way, he's borderline obsessed. Whenever Eli is out and about Rodney is always the first to see him and invade his privacy. Even though he claims to love Eli he uses him as a punching bag, just another object to take his anger out on. He knows how he treats Eli is frowned upon and hides it from others though he doesn't plan on stopping.

Wesley may be a cop, but at least he's a good guy. Ryuzuo knows how to cooperate the police well enough to not get arrested.

Richards really handsome and charming if only he wouldn't hurt Graham everytime he saw him.
Forrest doesn't know much about Wesley other than that he's a cop who shows way too much empathy. Despite the kindness Wesley had shown to him Forrest treated him like he does every cop. He meant for Wesley to die but he escaped with only a knife through his left hand. He doesn't regret anything and would do it again if given the chance.
Wesley knows Forrest as the criminal who attacked him and ruined his left hand for the rest of his life. Though he has forgiven Forrest and doesn't hold a grudge against him, believing the attack was justified despite the hatred and murderous intent behind it.
Richard and Veronica are strictly friends but Veronica also pretends to be his girlfriend as a cover up for his homosexuality for his family and friends. He loves and cares for Veronica as a close friend and would do anything to help her like she's helped him. He makes sure to always be there for her when she's in need.

Wesley is Richard's best friend and work partner. He feels safe around Wesley and trusts him more than anyone else. He'd take a bullet for Wesley and would do anything to stay by his side. Richard knows he's a little too clingy but he adores Wesley and doesn't want to be separated from him on the job. Unknown to Wesley, Richard is interested in him romantically but won't show it or speak about it. He plans to keep it like that.
Richard is Wesley's best friend and work partner. He's the only one Wesley feels safe around and trusts to have his back. They're practically inseparable at work, Richard follows him around like a lost puppy and he likes it that way. He loves Richard, platonically of course.
L23 is interested in N2 romantically but not to the point of obsession like he is with most others. He doesn't have much of an emotional attachment to him but if given the chance he'd keep him all to himself.
