Once a hunter and guard for a simple forest village, he lost his home and family when the shootr nation attacked and set out to hunt the hunters. He took in a little lost lamb girl (Ringo), not quite convinced he'd make a suitable caretaker for her, but not trusting anyone else with protecting her properly.
Always willing to help you needs it. He's gruff and not very wordy, but not unkind to anyone unless they deserve it. Shooters live particularly dangerous around him.

He met and fell in love with an eater magician while traveling, and together they set out to Ivoryhelm to start a new life. Cheri had to learn that shooters aren't all that popular in the rest of the world (for good reason), but he's trying his best to not let that discourage him.

Stolen as a little fledgeling from the northern sweeper tripes, she got turned and trained into a slave and enlisted as Royal Guard. She was a capable fighter, but too stubborn to succumb to her fate, so when the chance arose, she tried to escape - and died in the attempt.
She returned with new freedom, a new more comfortable body and a new mentor in Queenie. She recognized that there's no way home and into her old life in the north, so she chose to stick around Queenie's court and give Shooters what they deserve.

Through a series of unfortunate events in his life, Pin eventually found himself accepted into serving at the castle, hoping to make a difference on shooter society. He has toned down his expectations somewhat since and is content with merely serving the Overlord and each of the castle's inhabitants (including/especially the servants) to the best of his capabilities, but he still hopes to witness and help Shooter society to a way of peace and diplomacy.
He's friendly and polite, though can't help a little bit of sass and sarcasm if he can get away with it. Otherwise, he's professional towards guests, possibly even cold towards the typical shooter. He has a soft spot for servants though, especially eaters, and loves to spoil them.

He's loud, brash and happy-go-lucky. If you're not his friend, you will be soon (or wish you never met him). Be prepared of a series of daredevil stunts and brawls with wild animals. If you're out to hurt him, be aware that he doesn't go down so easily - and if he eventually does, there's still a his family of raptors to back him up.

She not only inherited her dad's casino, she made it hers. While she loves to indulge in a life of glamour and vices, she's not above getting her hands dirty if she must. For the most part, her brawny employees will do the job just fine though, and on top of that they're pleasant to look at. She not only runs a barely socially acceptable casino, but does plenty of dealings with the underworld.
Always unappropriately flirty with friends and foes. She got a soft spot for pretty and even more so naive ladies and loves to give advice, whether requested or not. She also appreciates a handsome man, but they have to expect a much rougher tone.

Napoleon complex, anger issues, saidistic nature, the whole package. He's very ambitious in pursuing his military career, although a bit too much of a loose canon for regular service. Instead, he has made himself a name as elite gem and slave hunter.
He frankly has little care or patience for Shooter high society life, but will endure it for his family. Fortunately/unfortunately, his arranged marriage with a lady of another family is just a mutual beard and neither is particularly interested in each other. Instead, he's a little too much into his pet eater, more than he'd like to admit.
Colleagues will know a young man with a sharp mind and sharper tongue. He will follow orders just fine, but doesn't hide the fact that he'd rather be in charge. If pressed enough, he may lash out, both vocally and physically. In high society circles, he's rather desinterested and possibly rude. Any non-shooter that meets him better hope that they have a pet tag or Ivoryhelm guard nearby, or the smallest perceived slight put a target on them.

Yet another Sweeper that came to die through his master's misdeeds. He returned with his mind foggy (but not quite foggy enough).
He travels the world, selling all sorts of odds and ends and questionable substances. He has a particular talent for having just what you need, and in case he doesn't, he'll track it down for you. He himself has certainly tried almost all substances he has in stock at some point.
He travels a lot and without pausing for breath, littered with swears and odd made-up idioms. He seems a bit erratic and distracted at times, but has a surprisingly sharp mind and skill for business at others. He's a bit of a pushover, but that doesn't stop him from getting into deals and troubles with the worst that

He travels with a much bigger and mute Fisher (Nic), usually not straying to far from him, as he is very aware of his slow nature and vulnerability. He loves to collect little trinkets and shells and hear stories from travelers they meet. Only Shooters may still send him right into panic.

Once and avid follower of his brother's science and cult, he helped search for a solution to the very simple problem of mortality. Unfortunately, his attempted solutions have brought him to the state he is in now, a twisted undead mockery of what he once was.
Valmar always had a sadistic and ruthless streak, but in life and sanity, he was much more capable of hiding it behind smiles and politeness. As severblight-infected Robber, he as long lost all restraint and loves to indulge in his vices, feasting on people's fear and nightmares. He is not dumb or mindless though, quite the opposite. He is very intelligent, commuting telepathically with others, and often observes his victims pseudo-scientific approach.

Severblight has long taken most of his past life's memories. And yet, Gray is one of the more lucid severblight robbers, relatively speaking.
He is a very shy and insecure little guy, very much aware why people would rather avoid him. All he actually wants is to try lots of cute clothes and make friends, but he is sort of a hazard for people around as he has a strong tendency to lose his temper and self-control, and at times forgets living things have needs, like that a fish needs water to survive, or a person in fact needs an intact skull.
