Kittybot Commons' second big event! For three months, the Commons will be hosting Kittybot R0CKFEST!!

This event spans from June 1st - August 31st as an artfight-esque team battle! The !!R0CKFEST!! prompt will be released June 1st, as well as a follow-up late July!

If you participate in Artfight every year, please consider signing up with your Kittybot! Signups are still open until June 7th!

✪ As R0CKFEST is a prominent arts season for Kittybots, we are encouraging those who participate to draw any Kittybot doing virtually anything - all for points, of course!

✪ Join one of the rival music companies to compete for, along with their main Kittybot acts; Cloud9’sstormy Grey (pokoliaa) or Blazin! Studios' electric ALLKILL! (kinqley)

A doc will be made for keeping track of who's on what team, including user forms for everyone to use as a resource.

✪ R0CKFEST is a strictly art-based event, sorry! Any kind of drawing counts; this being either an attack directed to someone on the opposing team, friendly fire between teammates (for less points), or drawing a team captain! The R0CKFEST point values equate to our KittyCoin currency values, and all points will be converted to KC at the end of the event for each individual participant

✪ The winning team of this 3-month rock battle will receive rich prizes at the end of the event, along with the losing team getting participation bonuses!

• Members of the winning team will receive: 1 admin trait each (excluding moderators), 200 KC + individual point amounts earned
• Members of the opposite team will receive: 200 KC + individual point amounts earned
• Highest point earner (can be on either team, has the highest accumulation of RF points) will receive a $5 discount off of any Kittybot design by kinqley !

• Read up a little on the structure of artfight if you do not already know the basics!

  An attack is a drawing of an opposing team's members' Kittybot! (point values equate to effort and will be given after art submission to the R0CKFEST 2020 folder or toyhouse forum section)

  Friendly fire is a drawing of one (or multiple) of your team members' Kittybot! For R0CKFEST specifically, friendly fire counts as a base 5 points.

  R0CKFEST's Team Captain Bonus is an additional 5 points for drawing either of the teams' mascots! The captain owners will also be participating.

• You must have at least 1 approved Kittybot to participate! We don't want anyone to be left out because they don't have a Kittybot for the opposing team to attack.
• All team assignments will be randomized! However, you have 1 opportunity to request a team change - this will automatically switch your team and impact the next participant unless the team you are switching to has been deemed too full.
• The moderators require at least 10 participants total (5 per team) for this event to work! If we do not have many participants, it won't be as exciting for everyone involved.
• By signing up for this event, we are expecting you to submit at least 1 piece of art for it! Please do not sign up if you think you're going to flake out or just want free art of your Kittybot. Thanks!
