this will probably be updated as time goes on. anyway, these are my rules regarding designs and characters that i create. by obtaining one of my designs, whether through me or through another person, you agree to follow these rules. last updated on June 13, 2020 (the bulletin itself was updated on the 18th to make it look prettier, but the rules themselves have not changed)

• please don't resell/retrade my designs immediately after purchasing them. furthermore, please do not sell my designs for more than you obtained them for unless they have extra art and/or development. if you're unsure, feel free to ask!
• if you wish to sell, trade, gift, or otherwise get rid of one of my designs, please let me know! this helps me keep track of who has my designs and there are times when i may want the design back if you no longer want them
• please don't turn any of my designs into nazis, klansmen, any other hate group, whatever. for clarification, no, i don't consider antifa and blm to be hate groups. i simply don't want a nazi oc to be associated with me
• lastly, do not take credit for my designs. if you redesign a design, you may add your signature to it as well, but make sure that you credit me for the original design

i have the right to update this at any time. however, i will alert people of any changes via a bulletin. these rules apply to all of my designs, regardless of when they were created and/or obtained, and regardless of where they were obtained. if these rules are broken, you will be blacklisted from purchasing or otherwise obtaining my designs
