Character Theft:
teelia has consistently split and stolen design credit from me, and the staff continues to ignore my messages about this.
she has redesigned these characters, which is fine, but my art rules clearly state that my designs are not to be split, or co-owned, which basically all these characters are.

i never gave teelia the creator role on my designs. i moved my designs from my toyhouse to my deviantart (ESPEON). it still was credited to me at that point. sometime later down the line she claimed ownership of the designs, which is what started this whole thing.

this is hard for me to suggest how to resolve, as she has taken money and art from unsuspecting people with no regard and no notice of them being splits. it is not fair to these new owners. i would still highly prefer that these characters become whole again, or for Teelia to delete/remove her splits of these designs.
as it stands now, both versions of these split designs can not be traded, sold, or gifted. the 'new' version Teelia owns still are connected to the old designs whether she admits to it or not.

either teelia needs to remove all my art from her toyhouse (not hide, remove), or she needs to unwatermark and unhide the art i have made for her to stop breaking my art tos rules.
Stolen Characters:
Teelia was supposed to make a full ref for two character trades, Feltlands/Synthetic(/1743225) and Circus(/1776819). A full ref, she states, as being two fullbodies and a headshot. She only made the one fullbody.
Essentially, she has stolen at least one character from me. I am willing to go as far as to say she has stolen both of these characters from me.

Closing Words:
I have not gotten into the mental turmoil Teelia has caused me at the end of our friendship/following years, as I do not see it as necessary at this point. For now, I do not think it is fair to let Teelia keep getting away with blatantly stealing art, designs, and essentially money from other users when her whole schtick is making and selling designs. Whether or not you believe Teelia is a good person or not is up to you. I'm simply sharing what she's personally done to me.
As a note; This bulletin has nothing to do with Teelia's LupisVulpes shenanigans, as I am not involved with her concerning that subject, though I do thank the multiple people for posting those threads as it made me feel safe enough to post this.
Ok I’m giving in and posting the design comparisons. So it’s analysis time of both. As I understand that these artists have made her uncomfortable, and not want to associate their designs in her story.
currently, there are two bulletins accusing Teelia of stealing designs. And I looked at both terms of services. While yes, art theft if a bad thing, I believe you can change the design of a character if you are no longer comfortable with the original designer. and besides, two of these characters have shown up in the books, and it’s to late to change the descriptions now. Sure they say not to make “split/copycat” of the original designs but, if you redesign them enough to desiccate the design from the original, how much of the design resembles the original at all?
I will separate these comparisons into two groups based on the bulletins, from “completely different” to “understandable, but…” Then, I can show the 1 extra I did. Me and an IRL friend (with no connection to the art community) looked at these designs and compared them.

Bulletin 1:
These designs are clearly different. And on top of that, the first two change completely, to the point where I don’t see the original and the current as the same character. While the original designs rightfully are credited to the original designer, these designs are made by Teelia and her interpretation. The only real connection is through their names and original purposes in their stories, which are no longer true now.
Bulletin 2:
Demo and reel are very different from the original design. I look at them and see a completely different character, and a quote from my friend when she saw reel: “Those colors are very common in designs.” The only similarity between them is the one marking on their legs, but that’s it. The rest is mainly a TEELIA design.
Mayhem is the exact same. The design changed completely from the original design, I see a different character when I look at both designs together.
now for the two elephants in the room: boredom and amplitude.
boredom, when looking at the original reference, just barely looks like the current design, but compared to the other, yes they look similar, but different at the same time. Boredom is also a form of mayhem now so, that makes it more complicated.
Amplitude however is more of a tricky case. I tried to find the original reference to compare the design to but, it doesn’t seem to exist. not even in the bulletin there’s no proof of the original reference, even on the post she first appears on, there’s just names attached. So as long as no original is proven, how would anyone know how closely both look? So in conclusion, both of these two are in a grey area.
Extra:
This design is not part of a bulletin, but I feel like it will be added on at some point so I did her to. And no, Mid’s design was NOT made by Teelia, she was redesigned by someone else. So even if you try to say it’s stolen, Teelia didn’t redesign it in the first place.
In conclusion: Technically, only two of these designs can be valid to be questionable to some people, which my friend believes are rightfully to be addressed. But the rest? No. Their different enough to the point it’s a different character entirely. And if you feel like a designer makes you uncomfortable, but you still love the character? REDESIGN THEM. You shouldn’t have to be forever bound to a design someone made that makes you uncomfortable. people change and heavily redesign characters all the time, and I can say that the rest are not ripped off designs. And besides, the older designs ARE credited to the original artists, even if it wasn’t back then, they are now so no complaining. though amplitude is still a grey area due to no proof of an original ref other than a name drop.
Ps to you specifically since I’m here: if you have the original ref for amplitude, I am willing to compare it to. Just because I couldn’t find it at the time doesn’t mean I’m not giving you a chance to show the original reference. This entire comment is my analysis on things, and you can disagree all you want. I’m only commenting on the designs, not the other stuff.

I dont know what you are expecting to accomplish with this. Just because you think it's okay to remove my name from a design that you have redesigned doesnt mean that it is.
I am not talking about any of the designs that are not listed in this post. Some of these designs are not mine so I am not about to disprove you on them because I don't know what those designers want. I do not know any of their tos's.
However, my TOS clearly states that you are free to redesign anything i've made. It also states to not split these designs. Which Teelia is very obviously doing. Just because you think its okay doesnt make it okay. I don't care if Teelia is uncomfortable with me- I am extremely uncomfortable with the fact that teelia has split my designs, breaking my tos, and not telling the new owners.
You posting this with the designs next to each other is actually helping my case as you can clearly see the inspiration from my original designs. You can clearly see that they are the same character. No amount of tampering with it is going to sever that connection.
She is free to make new characters. She is not free to split my designs.
i don't understand why you are trying to 'disprove' my tos.

Thr one thing that frustrates me about her design theft is how she thinks she's in the right. It would be one thing if the ocs she was ripping off were from an actually bad person, but from what I can see you're fairly reasonable. I think it would also be fine if the design was "in name only", with so many changes they aren't comparable anymore. Instead, she's just ripping them off with the excuse of "well I need characters with these design traits in my book."
It would cost her nothing to create new characters that look completely different, while still fitting in how they're described in her books (if they appear at all). It's something I'm going to have to do due to a fallout with a friend of mine. She can't use her books as an excuse.
The art theft is just disgusting. Like, I've had a forgetful moment and accidentally forgot to credit a friend on a design. I literally deleted that submission, and resubmitted with credit. Accidents happen, but it feels like these incidents weren't accidents.
I'm sorry y'all have been going through this. I'm trying to remain neutral, but she has been digging a grave even when she responds to me. She even seems to refuse to acknowledge this post of yours. I wish you luck, and hopefully stuff can be settled without things having to go nuclear but, God.

I would like to state that I am so sorry this has happened to you and I'm sorry you had to deal with her manipulating and abrasive behavior much like a lot of us did who used to be friends with her.
No one quite knew why you left and I'm honestly happy for you for getting out and that teelia owes me quite a few art trades/paid commissions I will never receive as for the same with a lot of her members in her discord who also still owe me.
I would like to state that teelia would after a falling out with someone would sell and redistribute ocs made by the people that are no longer friends with them for money/give them away and I would also like to state that I think I got one of your designs via this way here: https://toyhou.se/8465688.desmodus
It was given to me for free when me and teelia used to be friends and I have quite a few characters that were given to me this way/ I'm pretty sure when I left all my designs got traded around like pokemon cards and they are probably for sale that I can't see by people I have blocked I bet

ive had a few people reach out to me after i left. at the time, i felt like i had to lie at that point and say something along the lines that i was going through a lot of family things which is why i stepped down being an admin (which in itself isnt a lie, but not why i left) but in reality teelia just removed me one day and didnt say why/ talk to me until i confronted her :') great friend behavior from her lol. it was crazy that at that time i felt like i was the one in the wrong.
im so sorry that shes stolen so much art from you; Its totally unfair that shes gotten away with this for so long. it's become very evident to me with everyone coming forward that she has scared and intimidated people so much to the point where they feel unsafe to say anything. She would talk to me about these 'Anti-Teelia groups' to me a good few times and I never understood why she was so scared/annoyed of them. I understand now why.
I hope her fans realize that this is more than the LupisVulpes friendship/ commission- Its her blantantly abusing her power by siphoning money/art/designs and surrounding herself with her child fans. I dont think her current friends realize she can, and will, switch on a dime, and one day youre her favorite person ever and the next day she'll just... block you. She needs to do better.
I'm unable to see the oc so i can't see what design/oc it was, but if it was given to you for free, i think it's okay if you keep it. I'm not really looking for the designs back, sans the two i've said she stole from me; I just want her to... not break my tos? it's not even that hard lol. But if you ever don't want the oc, I wouldnt be opposed in getting them back ^^

she’s done the same to me too god damn!! i’ve given her hundreds of dollars in ocs and art and shes made heaps from it and it’s so aggravating. i’ve tried to send patreon a dmca claim as well but they wanted my address and it said they may send it to her so i was immediately like :/ i don’t need her knowing where i live
i don’t have much faith in toyhouse to remove my art from her account since they’ve hosted me for two tears at this point but i may try. maybe if they get enough tickets they’ll do something finally lol. shes been making money off of everyones hard work for too long
