Update 3/3: User Sheller had initiated chargebacks on several codes that were purchased from me without prior communication. I made this PSA while the situation was developing, but I recommend either this PSA or this forum post to get any current details. They have also made a response bulletin.

Sheller has since contacted me and will be attempting to reverse charges in the coming week. They have been very kind and forthcoming with information <3 I hope everything goes well.

Update 3/7: Dispute has been resolved and Sheller was incredibly polite and understanding! TY Gill <3

Thank you for making this post. I'll be keeping Shellteller/Gill accountable for this situation. It's unfortunate this happened but what's most important that all parties have their damages dealt with.

_ace_ cheeriko (tagging to make sure you both see it) I think if you contact Ko-Fi's customer support they can help you with it. They blocked someone for me that I have given money to (not vice versa). Maybe they can do so too when you provide them with information as to why you want to block them.

terrible that people would do mean and unwarrented things like that. i suppose people think they can get away with that sort of thing behind a screen :(

there's a lot of reasons why it could've happened! it just sucks that they decided to do something that flags accounts T v T instead of just asking for a refund
